Do not accept room 807, it is noisy and the toilet leaks all night. I am even considered a Bonvoy member yet I get treated worse than I was at any other hotel ever. Make sure you press both buttons to calm elevator, the one on right and the two on the left are not linked. They are slow too.

June 9th, I stayed overnight. A man was helpful in suggesting a nice dinner & drink. Next morning I paid twice for parking. Once in the front lobby and as I drove off the garage. I called the June 11th around 7:15am and a rude female was rushing off the phone when I was trying to leave a message for the supervisor. I have yet to receive a phone call.

Property needs renovating. Public hallways were dirty. The room was clean and maintained. Parking is tight.

Without being a Marriott member we had to pay extra for WiFi. Pool and hot tub closed. Could use neighboring pool but there was no hot tub. Refrigerator worked minimally. Extra charge for microwave.

Overpriced is the theme of this place. Pool was down the whole five days. Parking overpriced, breakfast overpriced. I will never stay at this place again.

Yes .. it would have been nice to know ahead of time that the swimming pool was closed Thus hotel is under construction and they started working around 6:30am making so much noise

I have always had good experiences with this hotel but this year was terrible.

Everything at the hotel was clean. Rooms were well-maintained and the beds were comfortable. The only issue that we experienced was with the elevators. Two out of three were not working.

Stay was much better than the last thanks to stapler customer service from the staff, unfortunately we were hoping to use the amenities but a significant amount were closed for renovations. Wish that was disclosed during the booking process. Still, would stay here again

Nate and Christian were so helpful to me and my kids. They made sure our stay was pleasant and that we were 100% taken care of. Rooms were clean. Nice size as well. Staff was also great.
