Very noisy on exterior room. Loud car stereos playing very late into the night and early morning hours.

The Mission Inn is a beautiful historic hotel. It has recently changed ownership so as the hotel changed hands, a couple things fell to disrepair or need. The jacuzzi was closed for repair or cleaning, there was water dripping from the ceiling in the bar and in our room. Our room was not ready at check in (4:00 pm), and the ice machine on our floor was broken. The hotel room itself was beautiful. The city view of the lights and the fountain was gorgeous. The sundries in the room were generous as was the coffee and water bar. The fresh flowers that were all over the inside of the hotel were absolutely amazing. Gorgeous, beautiful, huge bouquets with very high end flowers were abundant. A beautiful hotel with staff that is trying very hard to make it a perfect experience for guests.

The Mission Inm in Riverside never disappoints! I have been coming here for over 10 years and each time I come is seems as though time stand still. The decor is timeless. The staff is amazing not only friendly and attentive, but very kind. You can tell they love their jobs! I cannot speak Haile enough of Kelly’s spa services and the Mission Inm whether it’s to relax by the pool, get a spa service, or just hang out in those comfy beds with those fantastic sheets, the Mission Inm is the place to be!

Everything was excelente, they just need to find a way to seal the windows from the nightlife. Both nights the city and bars were raging loud music til 2am and couldn’t get the best rest. Beds were amazing to not enjoy a good nights rest.

The hotel is beautiful. Very clean and welcoming. Dinner at Las Company's was great. I'll definitely be back.

A mi nieta le picaron chinches en la cara y a mi hija también en su espalda era su cumpleaños y fuimos a celebrar ahí en las campanas restaurant. La comida estaba pésima la verdad ese restaurant no lo recomendaría. Jamás había escalones a la bajada para la alberca y estaban flojos. Creo que no lo recomendaría. La vista está muy bonita, pero hay muchos detalles que deben de arreglar el aire acondicionado estaba en malas condiciones, no servía muy bien no lo podíamos controlar la temperatura

My rooms Air conditioning kept turning off,I wasnt able to iron my birthday outfit because the iron wasnt working.Restroom kept clogging up everything ill flush .Also my daughter and i got bit by bed bugs.Horrible experience inside our room.

What a beautiful and historic hotel. If you need to be in Riverside, California or are passing by, I highly recommend this hotel. The grounds are simply beautiful. Enjoyed the fitness center and the pool/hot tub seemed nice too. We ate at multiple restaurants on the property and the food was delicious. The Mission Inn Restaurant has a beautiful ambience at night. The food at the Mexican place was great as well. Staff was very friendly. The only improvement I can think of is that the check-in process could have been more efficient/speedy but they made up for it with their service during the rest of the stay. I also recommend trying their hotel tour. We wanted to do it, but the person conducting the tour was sick that day.

Additionally, I requested slippers twice and never received them. While the property is lovely for a day visit, I personally wouldn’t recommend paying the premium price to stay overnight until some of these issues are addressed.

So worth the money! Get like I was in Europe. Has everything you need and staff are amazing! Will for sure go back.

A great property that takes you back in time. My room was nice but the walls in bathroom could use some maintenance. I really liked cocktails in the Presidential Lounge.
