Beautiful Romantic place

The day was very hot - so I was thankful that the hotel was kept very cool. Such a gorgeous well maintained Hotel. We also enjoyed the restaurant Bella Trattoria very much!

We went for a day and the staff was friendly. The restaurant staff was helpful as well! The pool was kid friendly too

Wow! My husband and I stayed here for our anniversary recently...it was such a romantic experience coming here! Such a beautiful historic hotel. Booking was easy and once we got there to check in, customer service was phenomenal, thank you Aaron! Coming here felt like we were in a Spanish hacienda! Our room was very spacious and very clean! Room service was also amazing! You don't even need to leave the hotel, there's restaurants in walking distance as well as inside the hotel. The hotel has a couple bars and it's very lively at night! We had a wonderful time here! Everyone was so nice and welcoming! I almost forgot, the valet was also very nice! Definitely worth staying here and we will be back for the Festival of Lights!

It’s beautiful and staff was great! This is tricky because I know and understand it is a historic hotel, but my room specifically smelled musty/moldy. The sink faucet made a weird sound and the shower pressure was almost nonexistent.

Great place to stay with great food selections on site. Beds and rooms were comfortable.

The Mission Inn is filled with so much rich history, breathtaking architecture, and incredible sights that you simply can’t experience as a regular guest. Learning the stories behind this iconic hotel made the experience even more special. A very special shout-out to Leah at the front desk, who went above and beyond to make our stay unforgettable. Her attention to detail, genuine kindness, and superb customer service truly stood out. She made us feel welcomed and cared for from beginning to end. The Mission Inn is more than just a beautiful hotel—it’s an experience. We absolutely loved our stay and can’t wait to come back! ⭐️✨

Terribly disappointed to discover I had to pay $30 for overnight parking, along with a $35 "resort fee" and additional fees for occupancy tax and "tourism." None of this was disclosed when I booked the room through Expedia, and it was frustrating to pay Expedia almost $300 for the room only to have these myriad add-on charges requiring that I pay a second time when checking out. We had a balcony, but we were locked out and it wasn't accessible. Truly regret staying at the Mission Inn, and I won't make this mistake again.

Great hotel with such a cool history.

Everything was perfect! The staff at the reception desk, the waiters in the restaurants, and the housekeeping ladies were the best. We will return soon.

I love the mission Inn however my last experience was horrible The room. However I did not like the manager Vanessa she was rude, did not help and did not return my call.
