Hyatt Place Riverside Downtown

Bed was comfy. Did have ants in my room and the air conditioning system was extremely loud

It’s a good hotel, but the parking situation is horrible! Besides me paying for parking at the hotel I’m staying at, there was no parking, I wasn’t there a full day and still got charged parking when I couldn’t even park there by the time I got back. I had to find street parking

Staff is always amazing, professional and friendly.

Everything was fantastic

I understand that this Hyatt location was in downtown Riverside and there were plenty of bars and clubs. Unfortunately if you and your partner want to be lively and safe within the hotel the bar they have is just for show. None of the staff can make a drink but all the liquor is sitting on the shelves. It was a disappointment that's for sure.

They did not clean my room for two days even after I went to the front desk and requested cleaning.

The rooms were super clean & and the staff really went out of there way to be helpful and cheerful. Felt like leaving old friend after a few days stay!

I had a corner view of the city to only be blocked by trees and also we where on the second floor in unit 202 and it sounded like an airplane was taking off I am assuming where right below the laundry room or an ice machine which made a loud thumping and vibrating noise it was really uncomfortable trying to sleep and we will not be back to that location ever which is sad because my daughter is going to college there and we have many more visits to riverside

The atmosphere was amazing, quick and tasty bites nearby, staff was nice and helpful, the room and view were beautiful.

Courteous staff, rooms are well maintained, nice pool and a great breakfast. The hotel is in the center of town and the neighborhood is a bit run down. Parking is $30 a day, not included in the Hotel.com pricing. You will want to pay the $30, just to make sure your car is still there the next day. Only one elevator working. The other one, doesn’t always take you to the floor you push on the button - it’s an adventure. The door to parking lot is key access and that was not working for half our stay. The a/c in the room works well, but it is loud.

Doors didn’t work, had to pay an extra night prior to my arrival just to check in early on my arrival because I was told we wouldn’t have your room ready but there were numerous unoccupied room. Worst hotel I’ve ever been to

Housekeeping was amazing, but the bathroom door was not working and there was a leak. PARKING- you have to pay $30 a night and if there is not parking by the pm they have a overflow parking lot which you walk 5 min to get to the hotel, very inconvenient for me since I had kids. FOOD- VERY BAD, only good thing was the toaster and the oat milk. Come Monday, all your breakfast food is reheated and close to hard. The pool is disgustingly dirty and unsanitary the floor is very black from traffic. I had to request towels since there was none
