Pros: The breakfast buffet had a good variety of options, and the duty manager, Mr. Al-Ghamdi, was professional and helpful. Cons: Unfortunately, there were many negative aspects. The hotel was very hot because the air conditioning was not working properly. The hallways, public areas, and even the guest rooms were all uncomfortably warm. The restaurant supervisor, who was Indian, was not friendly and did not make guests feel welcome. His attitude was disappointing and affected our dining experience.

I am a regular customer of Holidayin Izdehar because of the location the fit with my working activities Old furniture, poor maintenance, first room AC was not working , they had to search for a room with working AC, finally they found one, in the night a water pipe in the toilet roof was dripping water inside the toilet

Clean rooms, friendly staff. Gym area was good. Hotels fasilities were poor, in my 3 years Saudi experience I have never seen any hotel using Nescafe. Saudi is big coffee country. But still using cheap and low quality coffee. Barista service were not good. Swiming pool was not clean
