Nothing comes to mind The room appeared worn and in need of renovation. The bathroom was outdated, and there was no toilet paper provided, requiring me to request it. Additionally, the extra mattress I had requested was not in the room upon my arrival, and I had to ask for it. There was also no iron available, which I had to request separately. Overall, the atmosphere of both the hotel and the room did not meet my expectations. Furthermore, I believe this establishment is inaccurately categorized as a hotel, as it does not align with the standards one would expect from a hotel.

Very comfortable and clean, staff also spoke good English. Slightly older furniture, but that's hardly a significant detail.

The Reception staff were nice and courteous. Easy parking, close to the freeway, King Abdullah Road, but quite far from the main city. The most strange bathroom we have seen in our entire life. No Towel Rack or any sort of Hangar, or even a tiny Hook, inside to keep your clothes while you want to use this facility. Cannot understand, who designed or approve this type of bathroom. Secondly, NO Table or Side Lamp near the bed. If you are feeling sleepy, sorry you cannot, because you must get up & close the light switch on the wall and then come back, trembling to the bed to sleep. Quite sperb idea !!! Lastly, the range of Wi-Fi not reachable till the Bedroom constantly. If you need to use it, must come to the sitting area, where the signal is quite strong.

Location. Rate. Cleanliness. Not organized well. No towel in the toilet. When raised at front desk, i got one (while we are a family of four). Fortunately, we bought our personal towels. Kitchen lacked utensils. One spoon, one knife and no fork. Come on! No reserved parking for guests. Fortunately, off street parking spots near the property were available during our stay.
