It’s very close to KAFD (which is easy to travel to by metro from the airport) and the suite I stayed in was very tasteful and clean. Great value for money. Breakfast was included, which was in a venue next door. It was seemingly purchased by the hotel recently and still needs some work. I could choose from the breakfast menu.. as long it was the ‘sunny side up’ fried egg buns. This was however very tasty. Unfortunately no drink was supplied, no water, coffee or tea so I ended up buying coffee at the shop next door.

first, I was impressed by how courteous and helpful the receptionists were. Mr. Abdullah alshahrani and Mr. Abdullah alsudani were helpful. As soon as I arrived, around Ramadhan breakfast time, they directed me to the restaurant to breakfast while they attended to my luggage and asked to park my car. Also they always ask if I needed anything. The place is very clean, and the location is excellent. Nothing

Mohammed the receptionist helped me with my check in and was knowledgable about the area and ready for questions. I reserved the suit and it has cozy living room and table for work. Large bedroom and lots of extra space. The place is clean and organized It’s a bit old, and i did not get windows in the room

It exceeded my expectations -Abdullah Shahrani and Abdulaziz Almutairi at reception were excellent. Clean, neat and spacious! Nothing!

I liked the location of the accommodation, and the staff were very kind and friendly. I didn't like the accommodation; the cleanliness was average, and the price was excessive compared to five-star hotels. The area is also crowded with cafes, which might not be suitable for those seeking peace and quiet.

The crowded cafe under the hotel sometimes makes uber arrivals more difficult

Very loud car racing right out front of the property all night long. Constantly being woken up. Half of gym equipment does not work.
