Location During my whole stay i only saw 3 staff Poor welcoming, no staff at the entrance no valet parking

It was very good, However, the bed had hair on it, and the carpet was dirty with crumbs.

Location and staff Celanese and the properties of the room The soap and shampoo were empty I had the biggest room while there was only one brash and tooth paste

The location The maintenance I didn’t like. My stay was for business and only for one day. When I prepared to sleep, the power was shut and AC was also not working. To be honest, the hotel have charged for the night that I spent awake/sleep.

I booked through booking.com and paid for extra add-on for valet parking however, I was informed that they received booking only the basic room, without add-on. I never got the services despite even contacting booking.com
