Breakfast set up is very convenient and varieties of foods , services and staff excellent, very supporting, tables were organized well for setting and conversations. basement parking is very safe and always available, security man at arrival and bill boy were smiling and supporting . no major comments , may be additional choices of foods for kids

It is unreasonable for the cleaning staff to come after dinner. Last night, they came at 9:30 PM just to clean, which is a sleeping time, not a cleaning time. The water is either cold or there is very little hot water available in the bathroom. Also, the room feels closed and stuffy because no sunlight enters it.

Nothing The service is so bad my bed was dirty I asked them to clean. They came after one hour. I asked for ice packs. They bring it after one hour. I waited for out for the check-in. And they said it for me your book wasn’t there. Because the first name was my family name and then my name so they did a problem about this thing there is nothing in the fridge
