Our three-night stay at the Kimpton Riyadh was truly one of the finest hotel experiences we have ever had. From the moment we arrived until the day we departed, every aspect of our stay was executed to the highest possible standard. The exceptional service began with Jerosene from the bell team, whose warm welcome immediately made us feel valued and at home. A special thanks also goes to Mohammad Idasham from valet services, who took outstanding care of our vehicle throughout our stay and consistently delivered service with professionalism and a smile. We would also like to recognize Duty Manager Qusai, who ensured a flawless check-in and check-out experience. What stood out most was his genuine commitment to guest satisfaction, checking in with us daily to make sure everything was perfect. Last but certainly not least, Mr. Ted Ajab deserves the highest praise. Words can hardly describe his professionalism, leadership, and sincere hospitality. The care, respect, and attention he showed us—through both small thoughtful gestures and meaningful acts of kindness—made a lasting impression. He truly made us feel at home. What makes Kimpton Riyadh exceptional is not only its facilities but also its people. The hotel is clearly managed with excellence, and this is reflected in every employee we interacted with. Every team member demonstrated a level of service that exceeded our expectations. If I could give more than five stars, I would gladly give twenty. Hotel is in the best location in KAFD, has everything inside and outside. Stuff was absolutely amazing! Definitely best part of this hotel is Wafi and Abdulmajid. I got upgraded to the most unbelievable room I’ve ever seen in hotel - penthouse on the last floor was a duplex room with stairs ? I’ve never seen smth like this. Breakfast was perfect, with an amazing coffee as well. I came to Riyadh for Padel P1 and was extremely happy to know that players are also on this hotel, so maybe my experience complete.

We had a confirmed booking for two rooms under two guest names through booking.com. However, upon arrival, the first guest was informed that he could not check in and were asked to wait until the second guest arrived, as the booking was apparently under one name only. This was confusing, as both guest names were clearly reflected in the booking confirmation without only the Surnames as it how it was given by booking.com. Given that the booking details were already available, this situation ideally could have been resolved at the front desk level without the need to call the manager. The delay caused some inconvenience and could have been avoided with clearer verification or internal alignment. I completely understand that procedures must be followed, but I wanted to share this feedback so the process can be reviewed and potentially improved for future guests, ensuring a smoother and more efficient check-in experience.
