Room Service is excellent. They cleaned the room and were polite. Bellboy is very helpful and polite, 1. Construction and detours around the hotel made Uber pickup a nightmare. I picked the hotel because of the misleading name “KAFD Executive” but it was not in KAFD and because of road blocks mentioned above I ran late to my meetings in KAFD. 2. I chose the booking with breakfast and when I arrived I was charged the same price with no breakfast (was scammed) 3. One of my visitors couldn’t park his luxurious car in their bad underground parking. 4. Morning receptionist doesn’t fit to deal with human beings (night shift staff were friendly and helpful)

Everything was perfect. Next visit will choose this hotel. Breakfast very very nice. Restaurant view very good. Observation for enhancement * The number of bathroom light fixtures is insufficient and should be increased, particularly around the magnifying mirror to ensure adequate illumination. * No bathroom curbs are installed. * The quality of the shampoo provided is below the expected standard; it is recommended to supply a higher-quality product. * A body sponge is currently not provided and should be considered as part of the guest amenities

The room was big and its comfortable. kids love the shower. extra comforter and pillow was on the cabinet. When we arrive at the hotel the receptionist was unwelcoming, we didn't noticed him in the reception area until my kid ring the bell, he also got irritated when my kid press the call bell few times. no hi or hello. no greetings, no smiles. I showed him the booking details on my phone and he just asked for the passport or Iqama of my family. not an approachable kind of staff.

That’s the second time i stay in this property, and i was not disappointed. On the contrary i had the nice surprise to have a front corner room: plenty of light and great views. Nothing to signal, maybe minor things: usually with a rain shower there should be the option for a handheld shower as well… maybe something to add. And the toiletries would gain to be upgraded.

Location little bit although construction site I checked late at 12:00 a.m The parking built by barber i think! I dare you to sleep is their slogan There is no sound proof 0-10 the streets traffic is so noisy (modified exhaust and sirens ..) At 6 am you will be an observer of the construction site oh my god the Catpillar is digging in your ears .. I had one night with my wife and an infant it was disaster ( came from airport to meet them.. Cleanness is 3-10 and overused The property did not respond to my complain about the noise .. The price NoT worth it Did not bother to check breakfast or other facilities .. Very disappointed They should close temporary to figure out where they are.. Complete rip off your sleep and Money .

The staff did their best and breakfast was ok The entire hotel smelt like smoke, the rooms smelt like vomit and people had loud gatherings until 4am. Not a place for a family or anyone who wants to sleep

the location was isolated maybe due to the constrcution going aroumd. walking around was literally impossible as there was no foot paths at the exit and had to literally walk past brushing vehicles.

Cleanliness, staff and location I selected this hotel as it has an indoor swimming pool so, took my wife and kid to enjoy the weekend but when approaching the pool, we were prevented by the staff telling us that it is not allowed for kids! That was really a chock for my kid and we decided to leave on Friday and not to stay till Saturday

the location of the hotel is great, 15 minutes away from the boulevard. so, you won't stuck in traffic that much. no valet parking and very tiny parking at the basement which we had to park the car some area near the hotel. wasn't impressed with the house keeping!
