Courtyard by Marriott Rochester Downtown

Booked last minute and was not disappointed. Very clean and nice. The staff were all great! Wish every place we stayed was exactly like this place. Thank you!

The man who cleaned the hotel's common spaces was really good. He was always cleaning the first floor bathroom, lobby, etc. He took pride in his work.

Extremely happy we chose this hotel! The room was clean and spacious with two queens and a sitting area. When we checked in, we found the toilet had been taken apart. We called the desk and staff was there in less than 5 minutes to fix it. They explained that it had been taken apart as part of their room cleaning process as they clean EVERYTHING in the bathroom. Good to know! The parking lot is secure and there are several excellent restaurants close by. We enjoyed our stay immensely and would stay there again. We definitely recommend this hotel.

The room was spacious and very clean. The staff was very friendly, helpful with where to go in the area to eat, and Cruz at the bistro bar was amazing! I highly recommend this hotel

Facility was modern and clean, rooms were spacious. They could have had more staff for late night check-ins, but the host was dealing with a difficult guest.

First off the lobby smelled amazing. The rooms were spacious, and there was on-site parking. Everyone we encountered was very friendly. There was a gentleman that worked the bar & café area in the evening; He was exceptionally nice and accommodating, one of the best parts of our visit.

Nothing. Everything - parking was awful, breakfast was subpar and the rooms are not worth the price.

Staff were courteous and helpful across the board. Our room was clean, beds were comfortable. Would definitely return
