There are no basic rooms with a refrigerator. This is a very basic amenity that I should not have to go without. The rooms are all spacious and could certainly accommodate one. Present a huge issue for anybody carrying medication or in need of keeping anything refrigerated.

Old fashion hotel

Our room was large and could easily have accommodated two small chairs and a table. It had no coffee maker, no refrigerator and only one chair. Bed was comfortable. Our reservation included a $25 credit for food or beverages in the restaurant. We were unable to find any restaurant, there were no signs. Next morning we found a closed bar with 5 or 6 tables set for a meal. There was nothing in the hotel open for breakfast. There was an empty coffee carafe in the lobby with no milk or sugar packets and a tray that had some crumbs on it, so presumably somebody got muffins or something. We just left. When staff has no experience staying in a hotel and little training it puts the onus on the guest to ask for everything. That's a drag. Stay was disappointing.

near my evenf doors to building open. inadequate locks on hotel doors

Property was very nice. We were told on arrival that we could have a complimentary Continental breakfast from 7.00 in the foyer before our train journey. We got up early for this and there was no breakfast !!

Great location, beautiful building. The staff were extremely friendly and the rooms were huge. Would definitely stay here again

I enjoyed my stay and can't wait to come back

Also, the room could use a full length mirror and a chair or small sofa to sit on . No place in lobby to sit either. But it was a great location and good parking

We ate in the hotel restaurant for dinner one night. My husband enjoyed the steak. I ordered the risotto which I would Not recommend. It did not have good consistency and there was not much seafood in it. The staff was super sweet. Skylar recommended a good breakfast dinner, The Highland Park Diner and they had a fabulous breakfast. The hotel just had basic things to grab and go but we like a full hot breakfast in the morning.

When I asked why no furniture I was told they were renovating and that there was a big room somewhere with all the furniture. Why would you rent out rooms in this condition?—- there wasn’t any tissues either.

Friendly staff and cleans rooms. I’ve stayed here twice

I really enjoyed the downstairs jazz club. The entertainment was great, as well as the cheese board we ordered.
-
Otherwise, the location was great (3 blocks from Eastman School of Music), nice breakfast with extended hours, and a very friendly and helpful staff.

I stayed in a luxury room with a jetted tub. Was fabulous.... robes are exquisite. Staff is lovely. Can't wait to stay again!

Close to our planned sites to see Absolutely NO safe parking. Our car was stolen from the disabled spot right next to the door. My wheelchair was in there! We lost many clothes and other items of worth. All of these things weren't in sight. Car was locked. There was no guard on duty. We're here from Ohio on vacation, filling out police reports. THERE WAS NO OFFER TO COMP THE ROOM OR ANY OTHER GESTURE OF REIMBURSEMENT FROM THE HOTEL!

Really interesting decor in central city location. Loved having a bath. Breakfast not very good but standard fare when continental breakfast offered. Enjoyed the stay. Hotel obviously cares
