Hotel only has AC or Heat never both at the same time. Got to our room and it was 80 degrees inside. Depending on the season they switch the AC to heat according to the staff. They did then switch us to a “breezier” room. Which was slightly better. We never got new towels and the room wasn’t cleaned the whole 4 night stay. Staff at front desk were friendly though bed was comfortable so it wasn’t the worst ever but wouldn’t book again.

We showed up in the evening to check in to our room. They notified us that the AC in the whole building was out. It would have been nice of them to email or text us when it went out so we could have made other plans. We ended up finding another hotel but payed top dollar for the last minute booking. They did refund our money but that did not help having to pay top dollar for another place.

Hotel was “shut down by the city” and I was not given any kind of notice. We arrived and there were printed signed on the door, I walked in and the one staff member was less that friendly and said all reservations were canceled. News to me. Awful experience.

Where’s 0 star option? Do not stay here. Horizon Edge Hospitality LLC fails at every level.

Bad

- HVAC not working in entire property, so no AC (lucky it wasn't too hot out) - No blankets available for sofa bed, despite 3 requests - Both TVs in our suite did not work; desk staff unable to assist us - No hotel info in the room - Only one elevator working - Hot breakfast had passable eggs and bacon; toaster far from bread/bagels; had to ask for hot drink cups; coffee not drinkable. - Parking very convenient, but signage for actual hotel spots could be improved

Nothing , terrible!! They closed the hotel down right on the day of the reservation

Not a good choice at this time. Not managed well.

The hotel is in the middle of renovations, NO AC, Only 1Elevator works, all this information was given @ check in. It was 85 degrees in the room, they offered no fans or AC units. These types of renovation the hotel should COMPLETELY shut down until they are fully able to run normally. They offered a 5% discount upon checkout which was a joke. Breakfast was half setup, it was just not a great stay whatsoever!!

This entire hotel had no air conditioning in June- stating that it was in "winter setting". Our room was 86 degrees, with a 2 inch window opening for air. Had I known, I would not have booked this hotel at all. In addition, the hotel was in very poor shape & not clean. To pay over $200 per night for a room to not even have feasible living conditions is criminal.

The place was horrible. Do not go there. From the minute we parked our car the parking lot was filthy derelict hanging around. Even the staff behind the desk were slovenly. They put us in a handicap room the farthest away you could possibly get. In the middle of the night there was gun shootings outside the hotel. Do not stay here.
