Best Western Hotel Artdeco

The elevator was small and on check out it was out of service. I was on the 4th floor with luggage. The night before check out I ask the desk attendant it it would be fixed in the morning he assured me it would be, but it wasn't.

Bed was ok Loud

The room was nothing like the pictures. It was dated. The two twin beds felt like pull-out beds that sunk in the middle. There was stains on the ceiling and floors from water damage. We felt deceived by the listing.

- Hotel was clean - Service was exceptional - Everything was quiet - Location was not the best - You could still walk around, if you can walk 10min (to Termini), this is a good hotel - They did raise prices for new people trying to get in

not like friendly atmosphere..and very bad elevators

Great location - very clean room - comfortable - very nice staff - maybe the best room for the price in the entire area. Tiny elevators, I mean small. But obviously the older building was not designed for one so I was grateful they had one that worked. The building is dated as were the common areas of the building. But the room itself was excellent!

Everything

The receptionist was nice. Termini and metro station are within walking distance. Bed is good enough. It's an old building, so the wall is not soundproof. The TV sound and phone call next door was so clear. Flushing sound from upstairs could also be heard. I was assigned to a room on the first floor, so outside sound is very noticeable. The room is next to stair entrance,, so I could constantly hear people talking and walking with their luggage in the hallway. Cleaning staff drops their equipment by my door. Hallway noise disrupts sleep after 7am. Shower head had a bit of leakage.

The property is very clean. It is in a safe area. All the staff is friendly. They will help you very promptly. They will help you out on short notice. Our second room we stayed in is smaller than the first. However, it was a very nice room.

This hotel needs a renovation, it’s very outdated.

The staff at this hotel were extremely helpful, warm and welcoming, they really got our stay off a good start and made us feel relaxed whenever we were at the hotel.

*** I am giving higher points rating 8 out of 10 very good just because of Dominique a very sweet amazing personality and professional receptionist and Gioi a nice man with good sense of humor we had great conversations together about many topics they were helpful with maps and places to visit and in general friendly during my stay otherwise if they are not in this hotel my rating could be negatively down to very poor. *** 1st floor room single bed was comfortable with soft mattress *** Breakfast omlet was tasty *** 1st day check in receptionist Christian met with serious unfriendly face just it was a feeling I was unwelcomed guest and I disturbed him from his daily life routine and he had to do for me favor to check in to my room so he gave me wrong broken plastic keys and I couldn't get inside room I had to come again downstairs and disturb him and take another keys after long travel it was unpleasant to go here and there just to get again another keys for check in. The rest 3 nights he was with same face same attitude no service at all! I don't know how it comes he works in reception. *** 4th floor room double beds are uncomfortable with metal inside with low quality beds. *** The hotel is old I don't know what was last time they did renovation. The rooms have old fashioned toilets water hardly is running you have to push the buttom for many times

The room was clean, the bed was comfortable and it was in a good location.

Your room won't match the photo. It will be a soulless, plastic room, not a historical one. I strongly advise avoiding this place.
