The Room was nice for us with lots of room since we had a little kitchen space. We messaged the property about a few things and got responses in a timely manner. Very helpful. The location was good with a caffe and restaurant right next door and it is walking distance from the Metro and Train Station. Bed was a little too firm for us but that is a personal preference. We still slept well.

The location is great, close to the Termini station, metro station, many restaurants near by. You can walk to the Colosseum for 30 minutes, and there are many sightseeings around Not much. But many of the shower functions don’t work, the towels have hairs on them.

Alessandro the manager was very helpful. Location great. Clean and quiet. Nothing, good value.

The smooth check-in and check-out were perfect The property Did not correspond to the photos, the rooms were dark and unpleasant, the bathroom was old. No toileteries were provided, the shared kettle and coffee machine seemed too dirty to use.

The apartment was clean and comfortable and was in a good location as it was a 10 minute walk from termini station. The staff were very friendly and helpful! Overall we really enjoyed our stay in this accommodation.

Check-in process is organised badly. It is hard to find entrance and get inside hotel. No exact directions was provided before we arrived. It was more like self check-in guided by messages, which was unexpected.

Easy accessible, staffs are responsive Water kettle and coffee machine are not clean. Rooms are very small. Bunk bed no safety for kids sleeping above. Cafee pads are not adequate

The room was clean and big enough for an overnight stay. There is all the facilities needed and the bathroom was very clean. I love the music in the shower. It was a great place, good location, easy to reach. The host was super, easy communication and very friendly. There was nothing that I could say that was not good. So I have no feedback to give related to anything negative, it was all just a positive experience.

Property had a shutter window that could be opened for air-flow and view to adjoining hotels and busy street below. Filtered water in the common area offered cooled, sparkling and room temperature water which was a saviour. Accommodation wasn't clean. There was grime and mould in shower and on tapware, hairdryer was soiled. Toilet lid not secured to bowl and the seat kept sliding. Floor tiles in bathroom broken and had movement in traffic area. You had to use force to close bathroom door due to raised floor Suggestion - a mirror in place of one of pictures in bedroom, allowing space to be more user friendly for a stay of 3 people. Sofa bed too short for someone 5ft 10 and pillow extremely flat, as if filled with cotton balls. Really not worth the money spent on a one bedroom/bathroom.
