The only good thing about this “hotel” is that is next to Termini. Is more like a hostel than a hotel; most 2** hotels and above are better than this place. Dangerous area at night.

I loved the charm of the hotel; it truly fit the vibe of the city which is what we were looking for. It was charming and a bit dated which we loved the decor. VERY close to train station. Convenient to everything we wanted to see and do. The staff was friendly and helpful to all our needs and questions. Easy access at check in and check out and they held our bags after checking out. Nothing...

My room was tiny but sufficient and met my needs.

Location very convenient. Less than 5 minute walk to train, restaurants and cafe. No AIr conditioning until May 1. We were on 6th floor and it was hot and humid. Street noise was so loud that we could sleep with window open. Bathroom was hard to move it was so tiny and not very clean

Location was perfect Didn’t have hot water first day and no a/c room was very hot. Couldn’t open the window, but it was fixed.

It is in a good location, near the termini station The bed are very thin and the shower are awful with a plastic curtain and very old towels.

Location is extremely convenient - near the Stazione Termini. Hotel was not luxurious, but very comfortable. Walkable surroundings offered many coffee bars and restaurants. On check-in, the desk agent was very helpful and spoke excellent English. The name Champagne Palace might be a bit of an overstatement, but I would wholeheartedly recommend it as a convenient and comfortable place to stay.

The facilities was quite out of dated :)

Very close to the train station which is why we booked this property! We didn’t want to walk our luggage through the city so it was perfect location!Definitely a little older than most places, but overall okay! The staff was helpful and we were able to leave our luggage after checkout until we needed to head back to the airport! We had a little trouble with our AC the first night definitely not as strong and cool as it needed to be.

It was an extension electricity plug needed to get your phone charged.

The location was excellent. The staff was very helpful. The room was clean. There was air conditioning and wonderful water pressure! There was only 1 outlet in the room. Everything is very outdated. The walls are very scuffed up- some paint will go a long way! Smallest shower ever!

The hotel was OK and the staff at the reception very helpful. I had several issues to get an invoice from them. They refused to issue one until I asked Booking to jump in to solve the issue. They claimed they were not allowed to produce any invoice of payment, which contradicted what Booking clearly stated on the website. I hope they clarified it now. It was a bit of an hassle as I stayed there for work and needed to be reimbursed.
