Unfortunately, traffic noise from outside can be heard, so I recommend sleeping with earplugs.

The bed wasn’t that comfortable. The room is quite small, there wasn’t much room for luggage. It was ok for 1 night.

The hotel has a fantastic location, making it very easy to get to Roma Termini. The 24-hour reception is excellent, and the team was always completely available and ready to help. The accommodations are very nice and comfortable. The only minor downside is that the shower cabin is a bit tight. The breakfast is also delicious! I definitely recommend staying here Nothing to say

The biggest advantage of this hotel is definitely its location. Being close to the main train station makes it very easy to reach all parts of the city. The neighborhood itself is a bit crowded and not the cleanest area of Rome, but the accessibility is excellent. The staff were extremely friendly, supportive, and always willing to help. Housekeeping was done every day, and both the room and the hotel in general were clean. However, I would recommend keeping your expectations modest regarding the facilities. In my opinion, the three-star rating shown by the hotel does not fully match the level of amenities compared to other three-star hotels I have stayed in. The room was very basic. There was air conditioning, an elevator, and a private bathroom, but even simple amenities such as drinking glasses, complimentary bottled water, or tissues were missing. We had to buy tissues ourselves from outside. The breakfast quality was good, but the variety was very limited. There were only a few options available each day, so don't expect a rich or diverse breakfast buffet. Overall, if your priority is a clean room, friendly staff, and an excellent location near Rome's main station, this hotel can be a reasonable choice. But if you expect the facilities and comfort level usually associated with a typical three-star hotel, you may find it somewhat disappointing.

Really liked the location - close to the train station and the Trevi Fountain. The room was very comfortable and clean. The staff were very friendly and clear. We enjoyed the breakfast options as well. It is easy to hear noise coming from the hallway.

Location The room was super small, and for the amount of money charged, it was absolutely not what I expected at all. Unbelievable like the energy goes in and out late at night and no one is there to help at all.
-
Small room that faced on the street with windows that opened to allow fresh air but a lot of road noise. Quiet at night though. Bathroom and shower had good pressure. Small room but this is inner city Rome

Location was great, close to all transportations (bus/trains) They have good breakfast and the room was very clean and so much better in person than in the pictures . Would recommend it ?

Its proximity to the Termini station , to the Santa Maria Maggiore church( where pope Francis was buried) , and a supermart. Its just a few walks to these places. Its clean. Its just that its crowded on the streets so its a little difficult getting there with all the baggage. But its not really a big deal because its a tourist hub.

The location was an easy walk to Roma Termini. We also walked to the Colosseum, Forum, Palatine Hill area. The location was perfect for us. Staff was friendly & helpful. It was clean. It was a bit noisy on the street outside but it's to be expected.

Location close to Termini. Excellent breakfast. Very friendly and helpful staff. Family run business.

They told me that if I paid the city taxes with a credit card, they would charge me three additional euro. First, it is against the law to refuse a credit card. Second, it is against the law to charge extra for city tax. Third, it is against the policy of Booking.com to be asked to pay more than the confirmation says. Thanks to the intervention of the latter, I used my card and paid 12 euro, but it was quite unpleasant to have to remind the hotel staff of the law.

Location is exceptional due to proximity to central train/bus stations and walking distance to many major attractions. Staff is amazingly helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. Great breakfast options.

The location was great and the staff very helpful. We had to leave early in the morning so we did not have time to try the breakfast. I would consider returning to this hotel. The room size is okay but the TV is very small.

Cramped.

Location was very good for us being next to Termini station and even closer to restaurants of surprisingly good quality. Room was ok for a short stay. We paid for breakfast, but it appeared to be a disappointment. Old bread, cheap juice and coffee, apart from whole oranges there was nothing fresh. On top of that breakfast was served only until 9:30 on Saturday morning. Some noise from the street during night time.

Convenient to Rome main train station. Room was clean and spacious. Elevator worked. Front desk gentleman was very nice. Close to restaurants. Breakfast was awful!!!! Regular coffee/cappuccino was very strong and bitter. No toaster, just a panini like machine. No hot food. Pastries were stale. Gluten free options were non existent despite requesting at time of booking. No decaf coffee.
