Next to train station, it’s a bit outdated but good for what you’re paying for. But easy access to anywhere you’re visiting in Rome The area can seem kinda sketchy at night, the shower is very small with a little curtain and the water gets all over the place.

Nothing It all poor facilities and embarrassingly dirty. This is not a 700 euro stay for two rooms and a prison cell single with a leaking AC unit that couldn’t be left on

Best location ever (literally 5mins for the train/metro station), it was clean, u have super yummy pizza in front, there is warm water, good AC so honestly it was really okay. Dont expect luxury but if you don’t spend too much time in your room it’s really perfect.

Smell in bathroom , no water to drink

The location was the best feature. I never write reviews, but this was awful. They charged me 30 euros for being 6 minutes early to check in. The towels they provided were stained (including the replacement towels). The shower ran cold with weak pressure and equity with a shower curtain that allowed water to spill onto the very small bathroom floor. The ceiling had red stains on it and there was tape holding the TV together. The room smelt very strongly of soap/chemical - maybe to cover up the sewage smell referenced in earlier comments. The staff replaced the shower curtain but made no efforts to make the stay comfortable. When asked to replace the shower towels that were stained, the front staff said they only had hand towels and that the bath towels were located upstairs as if that wasn't a trip they were willing to make. After accepting the hand towels and realizing they were also stained, the staff was quiet and passive when replacing the towels.

On the second evening, when we returned to the hotel, we found the door to our room open. We barely closed it so we could sleep more peacefully. I am attaching a picture of the lock as we found it. The room number is 509. The location is great.

The area covered by the shower curtain also includes the toilet and did not stop the entire bathroom from getting wet. This wasn't an issue for me, because I was only there for a night, but it might have been if I had been staying longer.

The location is good, close to the Termini station. Everything was quite clean, polite staff. Definitely worth the price. I was before in Rome in other accomodation and no mather price all the accomodations are old like this one. Generally we liked it. Nothing special.

The didnt give chances for early check in

The blankets in the cupboard smelt and the shower window was not clean at all. The room was hard to find.

The place was very central, the room was very comfortable, and it was very easy to communicate with the staff at all times.

Overcharge for Credit Card Payment We were charged an additional €10 for using a credit card at reception, which was not communicated in advance. Television Not Functioning The television in the room was not working during our stay. Inadequate Bathroom Space There was insufficient space between the toilet and the wall, making it uncomfortable to use. Elevator Accessibility Issue If the elevator is on a higher floor, guests must wait for someone else to bring it down, as there is no call button or system to summon it.
