Shower had good pressure. Beds were like rocks, Lobby seating looked and felt like 100 yrs old, overall impression...... needs a lot of work!

The front desk was very helpful, especially Nikolai. Breakfast was good. Rooms were comfortable and a good size. The beds were a little hard, but that's the only complaint I can make about the hotel.

The breakfast was great. Immaculately clean which is important to me. Staff was nice. Nice cafes and restaurants close by. Mattresses are hard and although we slept ok, it would be a little uncomfortable after walking all day.

Clean with appealing character. Some neighbouring streets were dirty. I should have been told that my room access card activated the lighting in the room.

Breakfast was better than we expected. Room was comfortable. Staff was very friendly. Our shower did not drain properly. We let the staff know and we were there several days after that and did not notice any difference.

The room was well appointed, but the bed was very hard, the water ran warm than scalding hot, and the a/c barely seemed to work and shuts off when you leave the room...so you always come back to a hot and stuffy space. You have to leave your room key eveytime you leave and ask for it back when you return, which felt very weird. The location was close to the Rome Termini which was nice, but not super close to much else. Staff was always nice and the breakfast was good.

Location and general condition of hotel. The air conditioning was not very efficient… took hours to cool down our room.

The only minor drawback was that the street garbage collection takes place during the night. Since our room was on the second floor, it could get a bit noisy. Light sleepers may find that the noise wakes them up.

Location and staff A/C broke 1st night unfortunately. Staff fixed the issue the for 2nd night and it was wonderful.

The staff went out of their way to make our stay great.

The location of the property , very close to Roma termini , bus stop , restaurants I stayed on the renovated floor ( 2 floor ) was very clean and modern . Very comfortable stay . Would stay here again . The breakfast can do a major upgrade . The savoury items needs to be worked on .

ONLY 2 items: Hotel is an 8 minute walk to major train terminal. They have a lift/elevator and you’re able to store/hold your luggage. THAT IS IT! AC ventilation was bad Shower stall was small and the drain was clogged Beds were uncomfortable The only toiletries offered in the room were 2- very small shampoo’s, 2-shower caps Most important… you are 15-20+ min taxi ride to most major attractions

Rooms are very clean, we were upgraded to a beautiful room. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Breakfast is very good, Location is excellent, close To the Roma Termini. Lots of places to eat as soon as you walk out the door. Nothing

Beds were quite firm which is worth being mindul of.

Food was very good the only issues we had was with Manager yelling to me when i was taking a plate of food to my sister the was resting do to a fall herting here arm i can not take food to the room . when i explened why he send me with one of the staff with me to handel the plate Than you ROSA was amaizing and very customer friendly Location was great very close to everything to see and enjoy Rome. The Manager Nicolas from day one i had issues with me the way he treated me and answer my questions of problem with the room AC was not working with "this is not the USA AC is difirrent here rome. was sending a tech to see it. never work well. I ask manager NIcolas for some ICE and his respond was WHAT FOR !! with a tone of voice very not profecional. We had accident and my sister fall and hert her arm hospital send her to rest putting ice on the arm. he gave us the ICE with a acctitud.

The staff were also very friendly and welcoming.

Room air conditioner didn’t work. Only 1 Room key given per room. When closed the room the air conditioner stopped so when I returned to the room the room was stuffy. Female staff was not kind and not helpful. Breakfast was terrible.
