Alex was an outstanding host - very helpful and accomodating! Would definitely stay there again. The location was perfect too.

Close to termini station. The owner was really nice The bed was too hard, pillow was too flat, blanket didn’t have cover on it. Slept maybe 5 hours for the 2 days I stayed there. The cost benefit was not worth it. The renovated wooden floors had a really strong smell that made me feel really nauseous even with the windows open. The place also felt more like a guest room than a B&B…

perfect location, clean room, comfortable bed, very friendly staff, Alex is very, very attentive and ready to answer all your questions, solve all your problems, help you with whatever you need, easy to contact. special thanks to Alex. separate bathroom from the room - bathroom is very close to the room, and it is very clean, but it would be better to have inside the room.

Sergio’s place was amazing. They just upgraded from the pictures in the posting. New floors, new furniture, new bathroom, fresh paint. Great AC and heater. They provided clean linens and towels and offered to provide new ones a few days into my 4 day stay. The staff was available via what’s app for anything. Easy to find and get to the place. There’s multiple locked gates so it’s very secure. Bonus they have an elevator!! The place was so new they didn’t have a fridge available yet.

I had a fantastic experience at this guest hotel and would gladly give it five stars. The rooms were spotless and very well cared for, creating a comfortable and relaxing atmosphere. The location is excellent, with easy access to shops, restaurants, and major attractions, making it ideal for both short and long stays. The staff were welcoming and attentive, always ready to help with anything needed. Overall, it was a great place to stay, and I would definitely choose it again.

The property has an amazing location, right next to Termini. Alex our host was so kindly, gave us good tips about Rome and even helped us book taxis to airport.

Being next to a train station always makes for a little bit of a seedier area, but we never felt unsafe!

The bed took up most of the floor space in the room, so there wasn't enough space to layout our suitcases without being cramped.

Clean room, great location, daily cleaning, fast wifi. Bathroom is a bit cramped but clean.

Great location. Just next to Termini and walking distance to all the sites. Great restaurants all around. The place is so quiet for being in the center. And so very clean with spacious rooms. I loved my stay here and I’ll definitely come back to this place.

Very clean and incredibly central. 4th floor and sometimes the lift didn't work. We were woken one night by incredible banging on the doors below.

Very convenient as it is a short walk from Roma Termini and lots of stores, restaurants, coffee shops, gelateria to choose from. I feel safe coz they'll give you 4 keys to enter your room. A good choice for a solo traveller. NA

It was a pleasure for us to stay at B&B Sergio House!!! Very clean, near the metro, bus station, everything you need. And Sergio, was open to help us! Coffee, tea, fridge in the kitchen is guaranteed! I definitely would return at this place !
