Hollywood Roma

I enjoyed staying at Hotel Hollywood as it was very close to Roma Termini, felt safe walking after late dinners. Neighborhood bustling with energy. Lady Lucia was very helpful and provided courteous services generously.

TV had no news channels like BBC or CNN.

The staff is amazingly helpful and caring. She is very friendly and was always there when needed.

Bathroom is rather small.

Amazing location, ideally situated 5 mins from the metro and train station. Maria and Lucia were incredibly welcoming and helpful. Outstanding value for money. Highly recommended. .. shelves in the bathroom/shower would be a really sensible idea.

The staff were very kind and nice. Thanks to this hotel, I was able to enjoy sightseeing in Rome to my satisfaction. It was also good that it was close to the station. There are no particular problems.

Central location, very friendly and personable staff

Maria on the reception was really lovely and very kind. I was stranded late at night in Rome unexpectedly because of a train strike and I was lucky to be able to find this place at short notice, and also because it was a saturday so the hotels in the area were all very busy. She went out of her way the next day to help me with keeping my bag which avoided all the queues for the station baggage etc and let me sit in the lobby for rests during the next day after walking a long way in Rome waiting for my train. I really appreciated her kindness. The street it is in is quite nice and has a nice feel to it. I had a window out onto the street which I liked. Also, it's only on the first floor which I also liked - some places are several floors up. It was quite a high price but it was the cheapest option I could find at that point in the evening without going quite a long way from the train station and this was the rate for what I needed that night.

Great location, about 20 minute walk from the Colosseum. And an hour walk to the Vatican, through the very beautiful city.

The room was clean and comfortable It needs a bar fridge to keep water cool
