Clean and nice location. Breakfast cards were a nice touch.

Room was sold as a queen and twin. But it was a sofa instead. A sofa that was not comfortable enough for sleeping and no extra bedding.

Best location. Best host. The tram is directly in front strait to the Coliseum. Very easy direction written and video to get in. The host was so kind. We loved the place. Nothing

Caretaker of apt. very helpful with instructions on getting to apt. from airport, I.e. taking train to Roma Trastevere station and taking tram to apt.

Very beautiful property, super clean and comfortable, breakfast was included and we had everything we needed. The location was great too. I had a very stern talking to about not eating in my hotel room which came as a surprise to me as there were no indications of these rules. It was quite rude and I was being talked down to. Other than that it was a perfect stay.

Check in was seamless. Alberto was in communication with me and very helpful with directions to the hotel. At arrival he gave us a tour of the apartment and gave us directions and transportation options to the places we planned to visit. The rooms were very comfortable, and our family were all together on the same floor.

The property is very nice and in an excellent location. The tram stops literally in front of the door. In 10 minutes you can walk to the area where all the restaurants are. Our only complaint about the property was the breakfast that was provided. The breakfast was not in the building. You had to walk down the street to a restaurant where you were provided one cup of coffee and one pastry. We are accustomed to larger breakfast, including juice, eggs, cereal, or other things. We are also not accustomed to being limited to one small cup of coffee.

Great location, very clean, room tidying every day, Italian breakfast (coffee and croissant) in nearby coffee shop included, snacks, cake and water available and refilled every day. This is not a critic, just information. Building is on the main street where tram passes by. When it passes you can feel it very much in building. We didn’t mind after 3-4 trams, we got used to it. ?But someone who has poor sleep could maybe wake up or have problems to get asleep.

Great location but at first it had some WiFi issues. Other than that, it was great and easily accessible.

The location was excellent. Staff unbelievably helpful. Blackout shutter was awesome. The room I was in needs a new shower head, it doesn't stay in position and just falls to the wall. We propped it with a shampoo bottle and it was fine.

Location of the property is super for those who truly love Trastevere, it’s just on the boulevard with easy connection to buses, tram and even by foot it’s around half an hour to piazza Venezia. B&B located on second floor of living beautiful building with elevator, independent entrances to the building and to B&B itself, very comfortable. Inside you have kitchen room with sofas, coffee/tea machine, fruits/cake for everyone to sit, relax- super cozy! Room was spacious, with big bathroom, big bed with good mattress, clean, water and juice in the fridge, some nice snacks for free. They give you coupon for hot drink + croissant in the nearby cafe where perfect breakfast selection and you can buy something else delicious to make your breakfast complete) Only one thing I can remember- not so fast wi-fi and a bit shivering feeling from tram passing the street, but not annoying.

Great room, lovely host, complimentary snacks, water, orange juice every day in the room. Also coffee, cake and fruit in the kitchen. The rooms have a good size, very clean and comfy. They get cleaned every day. Great heating/AC. Right in Trastevere, my favorite part of Bella Roma with restaurants, bars and a lovely atmosphere. Nothing

The location was excellent . Alfredo the host communicated well prior to arrival. Greeted us and ran through the facilities, guided us about how to navigate Rome , the transport, customs and transport. The room and lovely welcoming extras . Thanks Alfredo!
