Location, staff and facility was very nice. Brunch was the best out of all of our stays. Beds were hard.

Great location, walking distance to everything you need. Very good value for what it is. Staff is not that friendly, but took care of our needs. I hear it’s a nice spot for coffee or a glass of wine but didn’t take advantage. Shower is tiny, but pretty typical for Italy. Ironing board but no iron.

Location was perfect for enjoying the Trastevere neighborhood. A short walk to the restaurants and night life but still very quiet at night. Staff were great and accommodating. Nice area for coffee and breakfast in morning. Rooftop bar was very enjoyable. Room was a bit tight for two people, but we were not in room very often.

The location was excellent - just steps away from the cure Trastevere neighborhood and a tram stop. The staff was wonderful. The breakfast was delicious. The room was everything we needed. No complaints!

Good choice breakfasts offered, better than street coffee and cornetto. Can bring food into bar area and order any drink.

Our room wasn't cleaned for two days, but I think it was the language barrier we've faced. Other than that, we're at the top floor and it was noisy at nights because we had a bar above us.

Location was good The room was much tinier than the picture ms suggest. The room was dingy and dark and the bathroom shower leaked. The tables in the room were all wobbly and squeaky. You could also hear people talking and laughing very clearly from neighboring rooms and the hall - very noisy property. Biggest issue was the room key. The property does not allow you to hold onto your room key throughout your stay. Each time you leave, you are required to hand it in to the person at the front desk for “security reasons”. The keys are stored in a bin that is on the counter where they could be easily accessed. Since the front desk worker is also managing the cafe, the key cards are not closely monitored. They also have room numbers listed on them which added to my concerns. This is not a policy i have encountered anywhere else in Europe, Italy or Rome. I found the rationale of this being for “security” to be really odd.

Close to Trastevere. Cafes and bars close by. We loved the rooftop bar!

Perfect location, quiet neighbourhood yet close to restaurants, bars, and attractions. Beautiful rooftop bar, perfect for sunset drinks!

Super clean. Great location. Close to Testaccio. Shower head loose and didn’t raise or lower. Walls are quite thin and so could hear or neighbors arguing. Not in the least bit erotic.

Great location on 2 tram lines. Cleanliness was lacking. Floors in the room were dirty. Failed the white sock test.
