The hotel was amazing. We had a balcony that had an excellent view to the San Peter Basilica. The staff was incredible kind. Any time we needed something like a taxi or directions they were awesome. The hotel is walking distance to the train station and to the Vatican. Plus there were a lot of restaurants and bodegas close by. Nothing

It was less than a ten minute walk to the Vatican and tons of restaurants. Also about a 3-5 minute walk from the train station Extremely hard to find any dislikes at all, it took me a while to get used to using the elevator (which had two sets of doors) and the room card which enables you to turn the lights on from within the room. As I said previously, these were very minor inconveniences and more of an issue on my behalf. Other than this, it was absolutely OUTSTANDING!

Everything was perfect - room, especially breakfast, friendly staff, location, quiet neiborhood, clean, early check-in... I like this place so much and will come again)

Great location, staff was excellent. Nancy (front desk) was went above and beyond to make sure we had an exceptional stay in Rome. We will definitely stay on our next visit. Thank you all so much. The evening seating and limited menu for dinner

Close to Vatican all good

Breakfast can be improved.

Room was small but adequate for 4.

Nice location, good service, beautiful terrace. Family room was like to separate rooms, so it was not comfortable. Quadruple room is better.
-
Very close to St. Peter’s square and good neighborhood restaurants. Staff was very helpful. No Metro stop nearby. Only after a few days, did we learn that the regional train (6 minutes away) will take you to the Metro for 1 Euro.

Location was very close to main attractions. Andrea at reception was very welcoming and helpful throughout our stay, and the breakfast was enjoyable and well-prepared. Our initial room at the Roma Hotel was uncomfortably warm, as the air conditioning was not cooling properly. Despite our request to have it checked, we were told it was functioning normally. Unfortunately, we spent a sleepless night due to the heat. The following day, we requested a room change, which was thankfully accommodated, and we were finally able to rest. We recommend that hotel management inspect the thermostats, as the temperature readings appear inaccurate — our room felt much warmer than indicated. For example, while the thermostat displayed 18°C, our own temperature check showed it was actually 25°C.

The proximity to the vatican.. I ordered a balcony room, didn't get one..

My stay at Fragrance was a delight! The staff was extremely friendly and polite. I really enjoyed breakfast every morning on a rooftop with a wonderful view.

The breakfast was good. Loved the coffee maker and view! Staff very helpful. Getting up the hill to hotel was tricky but what a view at the top. You’re right next to the Vatican and subway. Great location. Folks from the US need to remember that the shower glass doesn’t keep all the water in. Do make sure wipe the water off floor. Slippery floor. Rooms are decent sized.

Breakfast was amazing, kids loved it. Something for everyone.

The shower was so small that it was difficult to use

Great staff! They helped me park my car and also pick a restaurant on Uber Eats! Clean and great terrace at the rooftop for breakfast and evening drinks. Close to train station and St. Peter basilica. Will stay here again if I visit Rome. Nothing not to like.
