Cleanliness, location and everything was on point, couldn't be happier with Debora's attention All was great, nothing to point out

Only location Shared bathroom and miserable breakfast , fit for dogs

All the rooms were nice and clean. the shower was clean. the shower itself wasn't working properly as the showerhead was broken but the water still came.

Host Debra was extremely helpful organising last minute transfers for-us due to bad weather . Location 10 minute walk to Vatican. Fabulous authentic family owned restaurant nearby! Debra was quick to replace broken hair dryer! Kitchen was old mouldy, dirty and ill equipped. Included Breakfast was minimal. Beds were uncomfortable and extremely low. One bedroom door had glass removed so no privacy for that couple. Bathroom was dangerous, slippery floor water overflowed from shower . Shower nozel broke so we just had a hose to wash ourselves

The flat is located close to Vatican City. Host was initially friendly but she is more interested on money than adding value for that money. Breakfast is misleading. Indeed there are some cookies, coffee, butter, jam but is something that you find at lower price in any supermarket. Is there just to be mentioned on the property description. The kitchen is smelly and unclean. On description is mentioned "daily housekeeping". This is not true. During a three day stay was never done. Linen and towels are old and blackened. The mattress is used and uncomfortable. On the description is mentioned "airport shuttle". This doesn't exist. Overall, reading the description, the flat appear to be more that it is in reality. Another unpleasant situation: when leaving, host asked to let the key on the table and leave, however, as the key was in the door overnight, I just close the door, without realizing that this will block the door. Then she asked for 40 EUR to unlock; Even she mentioned this situation happened in the past, she did not install a locker that allow the key only from outside or any other technical solution to avoid this situation that is very easy to happen.

We loved EVERYTHING. Everything was clean and Debora is a really good house holder,you can ask her everything and she will reply every time with no problem. And the location on the apartment is really convenient, you have a supermarket nearby,10 min walk to the Vatican and a bus station right down the street. Absolutely nothing,everything was amazingg.

Breakfast was virtually non existinal,no milk we had no microwave, a cooker that we were told we couldn't cook on , so we had to eat elsewhere Breakfast

We love the place it is very close to Vatican City, restaurants, supermarket and bus station just down the road. And Deb is very helpful and messaging us how we are and help us how to get to the place ?. She even suggested few restaurants which is really good pizza and pasta. Nothing

What a wonderful place to stay and an outstanding host. We wanted to embrace the Italian life by having our family stay at their apartment and it was absolutely perfect. The place was clean, comfortable and in the perfect location. We could see the Basilica from our terrace!! Debora was amazing and so very helpful. She basically took care of us by providing directions, helpful tips to getting around Rome and always checking in on us. I highly recommend this place. Our family loved staying here!!

Bedrooms were spacious and restuarants/shops nearby, host went out of her way to be helpfull,lovely lady Kitchen small

Superb

We had confortable beds, hot water and heat in the rooms, quiet neighbourhood, great location, promt communication with the host. The kitchen and the bathroom were really dirty and sticky. We didn't appreciate the breakfast because it consisted of some biscuits and croissants, butter, jam and a cake, so just sugar basically. We expected variety like: fruits, vegetables, cheese, ham, eggs, yoghurt etc. Their breakfast was more like a snack from our point of view. We would definitely not recommend their breakfast if you prefer hot foods. All in all, the price was too high for the conditions they offered.

Nothing Everything, we were lucky that we had not to share the flat with others as there is not privacy at all, the door of the room has no even a glass, it is a hole covered with a curtain, let alone has a lock. It is not en-suite, you have to share the bathroom. The bed and pillows were far to be comfortable, they are too old/used. Definitely for the price you can pay much better hotel. Not recommended.

Deborah is a great host and the apartment is central and near everything you need
