Beds were very firm - not our style. Lighting in the suite seemed a bit 'off'.

The hotel staff is exceptional. The breakfast was fairly constant, plentiful and deliciousl. They had several minor inconveniences on Sunday. The location is both great and not so great. It is great in that the neighborhood is very quiet (except for the closing of the doors of the rooms next to us). If you are interested in visiting a different part of Rome, Trastevere is great. If you interested in the classic sites (Parthanon, Forum, Coliseum) these can be a bit far, and the lack of public transportation is evident. We were also in Rome during very hot weather, which made siteseeing even more strenuous. There are several buildings associated with the hotel. We chose a Superior Double or Twin Room with Garden View. What we learned is that this is in the oldest of the various hotel buildings. While the facilities were comfortable, they were certainly dated. Being on the ground floor with many plants, we found numerous mosquitos in our room in the afternoon. Come to find that while cleaning, the front door remained wide open. There was insufficient space for clothing or storing of luggage. And I mentioned the location and lack of public transportation.

Quiet, secluded feel - but easy to get a taxi and walk into Trastevere or to central Rome (15min walk to Campo di Fiori). Nicely-furnished rooms, helpful staff, lovely breakfast included, love the resident cat.

Convenient location in the lovely neighborhood of Trastevere Nothing

Garden turtles and staff A bit isolated

It’s lovely and the location was perfect. I read a review that the shower was moldy. Our shower could have used some Tylex. But, the rest of the bathroom was very clean as was the room.

Hidden gem , very quiet w easy access to the city . The staff is delightful. Wish I could have stayed longer

Very nice hotel. The exterior is absolutely beautiful. The rooms are comfortable and simple. The Hotel staff is absolutely exceptional. Not in a city center, and you have to walk to restaurants. There are no shops for elementary goats around.

Clean and open. It is a modern building hidden in the old neighborhood. Quiet. I didn't like the bed. It was hard and felt like it had a plastic under sheet. There was a balcony to second roof floor the over hung my outdoor space and the women was watching a movie. You could hear everything. Also felt like they were just gearing up for the summer and had not finished some projects.

The bed could have been comfier, otherwise wonderful stay.

This is a true hidden gem, an oasis tucked away from the noise and bustle of the Trastevere, but still an easy walk to many places to eat, shop, and discover in Rome. Our rooms were clean, comfortable and quiet. The vibe is modern, clean but not stiff, with lush botanical touches. Such a treat for the crowd-weary traveler! The staff is very kind and helpful, the breakfast had many healthy options, and the rooftop terrace was the perfect place to have an aperitif at sunset. Each room has a sort of private-feeling entry, making the place feel romantic. The property is also very close to a wonderful botanical garden, which was a wonderful discovery for me. Nothing! I loved everything about this place. I only wished it had a spa.

Location was close to Trastevere without being in the heart of the noise. Lovely breakfast and wonderful patio to enjoy the green parrots at a nearby park. Rooms were beautiful--a bit exposed and hard to get air moving--very design-forward and dreamy landscaping. Staff was friendly and helpful. Rooms are not very private, but the property is quiet. Hard to work the AC and felt warm with the first true day of spring. Our room had a huge window that looked directly out onto the courtyard. Beautiful and again, not terribly practical. We enjoyed it for one night.
