We had a great stay there ! Just important to know, this hotel is part of the H14 hotel across the street. All facilities and check in must be done at the H14 hotel. Staff very helpful, room perfectly clean, and bed was so comfy ! Nothing really, it was great !

It was possible to leave our luggage at the front desk before our check-in time, but we didn't even need it, because our room was already available a few hours prior to the estimated check-in time. The staff is super friendly and helpful. The hotel reception looks nice. The location is the only thing that made it worth the money. Firstly the room was not the one we had booked. We got a room on the very first floor, which had only two little windows. The room itself had a moldy smell with visible mold in the bathroom. Weird trapdoors in the ceiling near the entrance and bathroom which didn't make us feel safe. Another thing that made us uneasy was a bizarre door inside the room that we thought led to the street. The door is very thin so keep in mind that you will be hearing everything that's happening outside. The floors weren't very clean. The bathroom floor gets wet from the leaking shower door. If we hadn't been on a tight schedule, I would've complained about not getting the correct room, but now I can only rant with a review. Felt like we stayed in a last resort room when they overbooked the hotel.

A really great location to walk to everywhere in Rome. 5 minutes walk from lots of good eateries but on a quiet little cobbled street so no noise. Staff were lovely and very helpful, lending us leads when ours stopped working and helping us print tickets out for the football. Would totally recommend and would love to come back and stay again. A kettle in the room or shared kitchen to enable us to make a coffee in the morning.
