They took good care of me by allowing me an early checkin. I really appreciated that. The staff was very friendly always welcoming you with a smile.

Bathroom was down the hall… not inside the room.
-
excellent place, very comfortable bed, awesome location, beautiful garden, if i will be in rome again - would be stay here, thanks!!! not good lockers at bathrooms

Staff very attentive and location.

Loved the simplicity. The kind staff. Most of all -- the Trastevere location!
-
Staff was very nice and welcoming. Location is close to good restaurants in Trastevere. Had to go 2 stairs up for the showers, but that was previously informed anyway.

There was some noise from construction at breakfast time that was a bit annoying but not a big deal.

The garden is lovely and it was fun looking for Bruno every day.

Very attentive staff, great free breakfast, clean room and comfortable bed, centrally located. A few updates but nothing that took away from our stay.

Location is great Rooms are very clean It comfortable place Nothing

The location is great, the grounds are beautiful, the staff is very helpful. The room was subpar, no place to put your luggage, very old room, the worst part was the " private bathroom " it was outside the room, you have to walk a corridor to get to a bunch of tiny bathrooms. The bathroom was not confortable at all, it was very small. The shower head faced one of the opening doors, you have to be very careful not to flood the bathroom.

A bit far from city center and google maps location is wrong, it sends you to some kind of zoo and after security says “wrong place” you’ll have to walk around it to find the hotel
-
Great location at the edge of Trastevere, with a beautiful, spacious garden. Surprisingly quiet. Nice staff. The single rooms are very simple and need a refresh. The shared bathrooms are at one end of the hall and could use bathmats.

Room is very clean with comfortable bed. Hotel team is super friendly and helped us on all our requests before and during the stay. Thx. We really like the beautiful garden,it is a nice place to enjoy coffee and snacks by the hotel. I will definitely book here again for my future trips at Rome. Strongly recommend.

The garden (& its resident white rabbit) were delightful. Location was also very quiet, while being in a great location to cross the river and access the old city. Nothing. Everything & everyone associated with the hotel was great!

Bed was clean and very comfortable. Modest space, but very pleasant for the price. The room offered slippers, robe, and towels for use, with a small sink and mirror inside as well. Staff - Especially Tony - were very welcoming and helpful. Garden and roof were such a pleasant and quiet getaway space in a city as busy as Rome. Would stay again!! The building itself of course had some water damage / paint spots coming off. Not offensive, just notable.

Liked the privacy of the bathrooms down the halll. Separate cabins
