Great breakfast options, absolutely charming back garden with banana plants. Recently renovated, it seems, so all was in tip top shape.

Close to train station

Modern, clean, well-designed hotel with friendly staff, at luggage-rolling distance from Roma Termini. This means you can get on a metro or walk to the major sites, depending on temperature and fitness level. Breakfast in the banana plantation garden is very relaxing, breakfast itself is decent. Enough restaurants, small shops and bars in the area to deal with sudden needs. The rooms are definitely modest in size, as are the bathrooms. I'm sure they have larger rooms than the one we booked, but well, it's the typical big-city-cram-rooms-into-the-building thing.

Location was good, very clean hotel. Room was very small. Breakfast was basic and functional. Nothing felt special or luxurious in any way.

Hotel muy limpio, con una excelente ubicación y un desayuno de muy buena calidad. Todo el personal fue muy atento y amable. Un agradecimiento especial a Riccardo por su hospitalidad y excelente atención. Sin duda, volveríamos.

The recent renovation of this property is exceptional! Over the past three weeks, we had three stays. The staff was accommodating with our special requests. Such a nice hotel so close to Termini Station is a real plus. This hotel will be our first choice when traveling to or through Rome. We appreciated the selection of international TV stations (CNN Int'l, BBC, France 24). The breakfast buffet had a wide variety and was well presented and staffed. Wish there was an easier way to access the hotel entrance with luggage (stairs).

The garden

Loved the location and the garden area. The breakfast was excellent. The staff very helpful. Our shower doors did not seal well which caused a lot of water on the floor in room 104 every time we showered. We had to spend an extra amount of time sopping up the water on the floor which was unfortunate. We finally started rolling up towels and placing them around the outside of the shower and turning the water off or to half pressure. This helped a lot but took 2 people to place the towels. This was our only complaint. Everything else was fantastic.

Clean, good air conditioning and the garden for breakfast Coffee at breakfast wasn’t good The machine made awful coffee

The location is very good, walking distance from Termini and you can walk to most places. When I arrived late at night the toilet didn't work, instead of changing rooms the receptionist of the hotel tried to fix it and had to wait, in the morning it wasn't working again. Also use in main toilet in the hotel that also didn't work. The rooms are tiny and had bad circulation, the pillow in the bed is bad quality, bad quality towels too. Also the breakfast has a very bad coffee and is server in a small closed area.

For the same price as this hotel you could stay somewhere much better.

It was clean and comfortable. The facilities were newly renovated. The hotel was fairly quiet. The breakfast was very good. The location, being so close to Roma Termini Train Station was very convenient. The staff was responsive to requests. On the first day, which was 80+ degrees outside, upon checking in, the AC was turned off in our room. We had to request it to be turned on, which the staff did do when asked. Additionally, our room had no WiFi connection for the first two days of our stay. When asked twice, on the second request, the staff fixed it. On the third day, after the room was cleaned by staff, my pillow case had what appeared to be a blood stain. Staff did replace it when asked. On one occasion, past 9pm, staff knocked on our door and then attempted to come in, despite the “do not disturb” sign being on.

The property was newly renovated, very clean and well maintained.

The staff were helpful and friendly; everything with a smile. Bookings had older photos when I booked. The property was completely renovated and is gorgeous. Bed was very comfortable. Continental breakfast was excellent. The Termini is 3 blocks away and the colluseum & Forum is 2 stops. The bus station is across the street. Everything is accessible without being stuck in the center of obnoxious crowds. 30 minute walk to major sites in old Rome. Plenty of fabulous dining and shopping options. No wash cloths. I found this to be the case in every hotel. Interesting.?
