La ducha fue horrible pero del resto bien

The room did not have air conditioner

Great location and the staff was so wonderful The breakfast was disappointing but the coffee was delicious

The soundproofing could be better, but considering the older building and affordable price, it offers fair value for money. Overall, a good and reasonable option for a short stay.

Nothing at all. We thought we booked a hotel room but hotel staff said that all rooms are with shared bathroom (even though in my booking description, it was clearly saying that it’s with private bathroom.). He brought us to a building 200 meters away from the hotel and said that it’s the replacement. If I wanted an apartment I would book from different platforms. It was a scam and real security problem. The building was old and we could hear everything in the building, it was impossible to sleep.

The hotel was close to bus and metro stops, making it easy to access public transportation. We had a double-bed room with a private bathroom even though we had booked a room with shared bathroom. The room also had a small fridge and a modest breakfast was provided. In addition, the structure we stayed at had a little station for tea and coffee, as well as an outdoor space/garden. During check-in, the staff informed us that at that moment they had issues with the shared bathroom rooms (we had booked a room with shared bathroom). So they informed us that they would compensate us with an upgrade to another room with private bathroom. The only issue with this solution was that this alternative accommodation was in another building, separate from the hotel itself, about 300m across the street. We were initially skeptical about this, but upon seeing the room being offered to us, and staying there 3 nights, I can say the experience was rather positive and smooth. One issue with the room was that the shower door could not close properly and the floor got full of water after every use.

They also didn't provide the room I booked, personnel were rude. They said "Write to Booking if you're not happy" There is no breakfast although they claim there is, they gave us a basket with packaged croissants and coffee capsules, horrible. There is no toiletries as well they just give hand soap and toilet paper.

On my first night I found a bug on my pillow. Alive! - On my first night I found a bug on my pillow. Alive! - The location was pretty sketchy during night. - My room lacked of hygiene a lot. - Staff were not nice, warm and welcoming.

I loved the location and the buildings charm and the privacy. We were able to comfortably cook and allowed us to eat in when we wanted. The room and living areas were very homey. The location was ideal and close to the public transportation. Additionally there were many restaurants and small stores near by for convenience! We would for sure stay there again. Thanks?

Nothing There’s no bathroom in the room
-
My room had bedbugs which left me with bites all over my arms and legs. I’d say it’s a fine hotel if it weren’t for that but your mileage may vary depending on what room you get

never stayed canceled 2hours later no ac

The only good thing was the location. The stuff was the worst, plus I guess I saw the owner, who was the worst person! I booked private room, however few hours before I checked in, I came to know the washroom is going to be shared with everyone in the hotel lol. Furthermore, I was forced to pay “City Taxes” which was something I had to pay with cash, and it was not mentioned anywhere. Anyways, the worst part is that the owner/stuff was not the best people I saw in the hotel.

All recommendation to stay at the hotel Felice.

The check in process was convenient. Location is good for a stay. Room was clean and equiped. The air condition in reality is just a small loud fan in the room and I had trouble sleeping with it especially when it was very hot in the room The breakfast is for sure not worth buying since it's just a basket of things from the market. Also opening the windows is not an option because there is a lot of different smells from the restaurants below and even you can hear the cutlery ringing from there.
