The location of the hotel was very good to access the organisation I had to visit. However getting there from Termini is not very pleasent: The street next to Termini Station is dirty and untidy- not worthy of Roma. The scrambled egg at the breakfast looked too pale - amost entirely white.

This is a really nice hotel. The staff are friendly and welcoming. The room was spacious and the bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was excellent If you have a heavy case, you really need to get a taxi from the railway station as the footpath surfaces between the station and the hotel are not suitable for wheeling a heavy case

Very nice room, with more than enough space. View on the inner garden - very quiet and pleasant. Spectacular breakfast, on a roof top, with a very pleasant view on San Lorenzo, with a great choice of dried fruits, yoghourts, pastry. Very kind and helpful staff. The wifi was very weak in my room.

It is not value for money. The room is very small in the corner. The carpet was old. The price is too much compared to the room. There was no staff when I entered the hotel to help with luggage. As I went early before check in. I had to take my luggage to the under ground room through the staircase to keep until check in time which was difficult for me as I was alone.

I liked the generous room space, which was comfortable and well organized, as well as the hotel’s location, which was convenient and easy to access. The bathroom was functional, though a higher standard of cleanliness would have enhanced the overall experience.

The room was exceptionally large and felt even more open thanks to the impressive high ceilings. Many good restaurants close, in 3 minute walking distance. Close to the train station. I couldn't find a shoehorn or a clothes brush in my room. Should be must in a 4* hotel. A bit far from the main tourist attractions.

Breakfast was great, the staff at the desk was excellent and very sweet. There was a very nice sitting area downstiars in the lobby. The room was dirty. The fridge barely worked, there was dust under the bed, the walls were dirty and there was mold on the bathroom walls.
