What impressed us most was the warm hospitality, genuine care for guests, and the professionalism and friendliness of all staff members. Special thanks to Francesca and Massimiliano, kindness, welcoming attitude, and excellent service. Thank you all for making our stay so memorable. The host was very nice, the room was very clean. Right in front of the bus station making the location one of the best things about the hotel Lift is old and slow but honestly it did not matter much

Everything was perfect

My friends and I stayed here recently for 2 nights and honestly, we were so impressed. The room was super clean (like, I don’t think I’ve ever stayed anywhere this spotless) and super spacious. Ms. Francesca was really accommodating and responsive, which made things so much easier. She's very sweet and gave us clear instructions for everything. The location is great too - easy to find and perfect if you’re heading out to explore the city. Overall, just a comfortable, stress-free stay. If I go back to Rome, I'll definitely book here again ?

The host, Francesca, gave us a very warm welcome! She gave us a map of Rome and some of her personal recommendations. The room was really spacious, especially the bathroom. We appreciated that the bed was made each day and that fresh towels were given. The location is very convenient, really close to the main train station and right out front is the 71 bus, which took us where we wanted to go. The bed was a bit creaky, and the elevator is a bit small and dated.

Nice friendly host, room was good, clean bathroom, extra thanks for slippers! Stayed in 3 other hotels afterwards and none provided slippers. Glad we took this hotel's ones. Cleaning was maybe too often, daily. Good AC in the room. Wi-Fi was rather slow.

Location is quite good! about 10-12 minutes walk from Roma Termini. Place was really clean and comfortable. Smelt really good! Francesca , who is a hostess, is very helpful and kind. Communication with her is easy and quick. Thanks to her, we had a great stay in Rome. You can leave your baggage for free and that is soooo comfortable! Thank you, Francesca! <3 P.S in front of the apartment building is best Gelato place and very close quite a good Pizzeria too where locals go!

The water pressure could use a boost.

It was like 20 min Walk from the coloseum. Termini station is very near, if you need to go to other cities or the airport. The room is clean and nice, nice bathroom. Low water pressure.

What a wanderfull City. Retro rooms was exactly what we need - nice, comfortable and calm part of the Rome. Important for us was also to be close to bus station and Termini is few minutes walk from apartament. Additionaly and also Important- you are so close to city center that cant feell the distance walking there ? It was nice, we want to visit you again ? -
