Clean, quiet part of town and close to bus route. Very good value for your $$. Breakfast was great with homemade cake, coffee with warm milk, fresh fruits- all prepared by a charming 90 year old lady. 11 min walk from the Termini station with luggage over cobblestone is quite challenging- unless you take a cab.

We were warmly welcomed by Angelino and Dona Aurelia, who set the tone for an unforgettable stay. Breakfast, lovingly crafted by Dona Aurelia, was a highlight of our trip: homemade bread, a show-stopping apple tart (the best we tasted in Italy), Italian cookies, and every detail infused with care and dedication by the nona. Even the affectionate cat Nina became our playful host – a sweet bonus! The bathroom, stocked with fresh bath towels, was spotlessly clean and meticulously organized. Our spacious room featured a balcony, a secure wardrobe, and immaculate cleanliness. We wholeheartedly recommend this gem and thank our hosts for their exceptional hospitality. The prime location near Termini Station (Rome’s central hub) made exploring effortless: the Leonardo Express train connects directly from the airport, and we easily walked or took trains to all sights.

Spacious, comfortable and clean room and bathroom. Friendly hosts; son, mother and cat ? Antonio's mum made us delicious tarts, cake and biscuits for breakfast! Neena was a pleasure to interact with. Overall an exceptional stay!

The accommodation is wonderful and charming. It is in a quiet and safe residential area, around 12-15 minute walk from Termini, but there are also bus routes nearby. The room is very spacious and has a very interesting classic decoration. All the spaces are very clean. The bathroom is outside the room but it is private and cleaned frequently. The hosts prepare fresh breakfast every day, and vary the options based on the guests' preferences. They have healthy and excellent quality alternatives (lactose-free milk, organic yogurt, etc.) It has been a wonderful stay, especially because it feels like being at home with a kind and attentive Italian family. The hosts are always willing to help you with whatever you need, and that is priceless. The attentions of Aurelia and Angelino were wonderful. We all are very grateful.

This location suited us very well. The hosts are very friendly and accommodating. Lets get this straight, you are staying in someone's apartment, and they live there. An elderly mother and her son. The old woman cleans everything and is very warm and welcoming. She prepares breakfast of cookies, cake, breads, jams and some fruit and offers coffee or tea. She cleaned our room while we were out and removed a set of keys that her son had given us at check-in. We had another set, so there was no issue, but it was very creepy knowing she was in there and took it upon herself to take the keys without us knowing. The beds are terrible! I love the antique feel of the apartment, but the beds should be replaced.

The family were so friendly helpful for all our needs. The breakfast cooked by Mrs. Aurelia were something really worth it of compliments. the hospitality were really good, all the food, information and comfort they provide us made the trip an wonderful experience. No complains.

The hosts were extremely friendly and kind, the old lady made us homemade cakes and tarts for breakfast everyday, very delicious. Walkable distance to rome termini train station and bus and subway, very convenient location. The facility in the bathroom is very new and nice, bedroom is a bit old but everything is extremely clean. Really enjoyed our stay, price is cheap too great value for the money. Nothing
