Perfectly placed! Close enough to historical sites, but in my opinion not as busy as areas around Trévi fountain, pantheon The toilet had some troubles.

The location was the ONLY good part about the property. The photos of this property are very deceiving. Upon arrival, it was immediately clear that the cleanliness and overall level of hygiene did not meet acceptable standards. There was mould in the bathroom and shower, and it was obvious the washroom had not been properly deep cleaned in a long time, if ever. The floors were also swollen from previous water damage, which made the condition of the property even more disappointing. My husband and I stayed here during our honeymoon and were extremely disappointed with the experience. To make matters worse, the bed was hard as a rock and the pillows were extremely stiff and uncomfortable. I contacted Booking.com, and they attempted to reach the property twice, but the property was unhelpful and unwilling to come to a reasonable resolution. In the end, I was only refunded €78 for a stay that cost approximately $1,200+ I would not recommend this property to anyone.

We liked everything — a great and convenient neighborhood with good transport connections. The room had everything we needed. A very sweet and pleasant woman at the reception. The view of the Castel Sant’Angelo is top-notch.

I loved the location! Plenty of restaurants and very close to important places The shower is the only thing I didn’t like, the shower head is removable and you’ll need to hold it all the time.

The room was very spacious and comfortable. The bathroom wasn’t very clean with bugs everywhere, the toilet making weird noises constantly, and the shower constantly plugged up so it didn’t drain well while showering. Other guests were quite noisy when arriving late or leaving early. But overall, for our trip it was suitable and comfortable.

Didn't care for the guess work on checking in, but that's not unusual in Rome The owner assumed I could just message her to get in the building, but I am in Rome for a stop over and not going to buy data when I'm in town for 16 hours
