The staff was nice. The air conditioning worked. It does not look like the photos. The walls were dirty. The bed really a cot. The couch was stained. We received the email with check in instructions the day we checked out. On check in day, we had no information and no one to contact.

The location only The room wasn’t ready when we arrived, I ended up helping the housekeeper finish making the bed so we could get some rest. When I booked this place, I texted the property asking if we could perhaps have an early check in as my mother would have been traveling for 14 hours. They said that was ok. When we arrived around 8:30 am, there was no staff at the site, I had to call Edoardo (a staff member) to ask about the possibility of checking in early otherwise we could just leave our luggage and return at 12pm (usual check in time). We had to see ourselves in to leave our luggage in the reception without crossing with any staff members. When we returned to the hotel to officially check in, it was already around 1pm and the room we were taken to still wasn’t ready, as they forgot about my other request for 2 twin beds, instead of a double bed. The window noise isolation wasn’t good enough and at one night there was no hot water to shower, and they wouldn’t send anyone to check the problem as it was late at night. Other than that the room looked nothing like what I saw on booking.com, the paint on the walls was falling apart and outside my room there was a massive hole on the wall leading to the bathroom of my room. The room was on some sort of ground floor, so opening the curtains was not an option as there wouldn’t be any privacy. I am so disappointed with this place. Certainly don’t recommend for anyone.

The location is excellent and very convenient. The room was spacious, comfortable, and exceptionally clean. It was well equipped, including an iron and ironing board, which was a great bonus. The large refrigerator was perfect for a family, and the kitchen had everything needed for cooking, including a full set of utensils and dishes. The bathroom was well equipped with everything I needed, and the shower/tub was excellent. Mr. Josh was kind, responsive, and always willing to answer my questions and help whenever he could. One downside was that the elevator was very small and somewhat difficult to open and close. Additionally, the apartment did not have a view.

The location is amazing! Walkable to so many different places in Rome. Literally in the heart of the city. The staff were also super helpful. I would stay here again if, hopefully when, I return.

The location was perfect! Just across the bridge from the Castel San Angelo, and a 10 minute walk to the Vatican. The property has an elevator to alleviate baggage strain. Market and restaurants all in easy walking distance. Hop on/Hop Off Bus stop around the corner. And Eduardo in the office and the Team took great care of us.

The property is located in a great part of Rome, safe and centric with many restaurants within walking distance. Staff was super nice and accommodating. Place has both great AC and heating. The fixtures in the bathroom all seem like they’re about to fall off, towel hangers, shelves, shower heads etc. Also, you can hear all sounds from adjacent bedrooms at normal speaking levels, showering, talking, sneezing, laughing, etc.

Location was exceptional! The linens, floors and furniture were clean and neat. The building was old and had a nice historical feel. Including the lift! I was promised a flat screen TV but there was none. Hot water was spotty. One day it was more cold than hot. The area around garbage can in kitchen was quite dirty on the walls. The bathroom had mold above shower and throughout the tiles. Most importantly, the smoke detector was so dirty there is no way it works!

Clean Location was difficult to find and was far distance from the Termini train station. When we finally arrived, it was almost like an escape room experience with multiple steps to follow to get into the room, because no one is there after 3 PM. We had issues with Wi-Fi not working, because of incorrect info provided by the hotel management that were only resolved hours later with connecting to a different network. There were issues with the air conditioning at night, despite the temperature in the room set to 16 degrees Celsius, that may have been just for Europeans. Our first morning, my husband walked out to talk to the manager. Sitting at the front desk was young man who listened to my husband and just said that he would pass on his suggestions to the management. Not sure if he did or didn’t. The second morning, there was an older gentleman sitting at the desk and aside for saying good morning, didn’t seem like he was open for a conversation. On our last day, we left early in the morning and were told to put our suitcases in the common area, which we did. Later, when we returned from our day around 2 PM, there were two people at the desk. We wanted to change our clothes and use the restroom, which at first they said we couldn’t because the rooms were already cleaned for the next guests. However, when my husband asked them, where did they use the restroom if they need in the middle of the day, they said they go to the bar or one of their other properties across the street. Needless to say my husband was visibly upset. In the end, they ended up letting us use one of the rooms. I think if we have come in with lower expectations, we would’ve had a better experience, but the pictures do not fully match the current state of the hotel. Things are outdated, multiple keys to access the front door, then entry door, and finally the room. The safe in the room is not electronic, but also uses the same key from the room.

Clean and comfy hotel room. Ac worked very well and was very quiet. Was hard to find and wasn’t inside the actual hotel. Hot water ran out after 5 minutes during my first shower but my second shower was fine.

Fantastic location. Staff really helpful. We stayed in the building opposite the hotel. Air con didn't work so in the height of summer it wouldn't be comfortable as unable to open widows as on main road. Would stay again but basic facilities.

Location was superb. Comfortable, very clean. Bathroom a bit cluttered, but still very serviceable.

Great location I could not stay in the room because of a very strong smell that hit me as soon as I opened the door. It immediately gave me a bad allergic reaction. They could not move us or refund us. We were told to open the windows and run the ac. The windows do not open to the outside so that did not good, we tried. We were told to come back the next day for a different room but we had an entire day booked so could mot
