Beds weren't as comfortable as we would have liked. Very cool building but our space lacked some charm.

The staff was polite and helpful. The room was clean. Provision of more facilities for teleworking.

Authentic Italian atmosphere. No wifi password provided immediately had to ask. The owners told us about sales tax last minute had to find ATM late at midnight before our flight.

Building had history, but had all the modern upgrades needed. The bed was very soft. The hosts were incredible and knew me by name when I saw them for breakfast. I felt like family, which is really nice as a solo traveler. Perfect place for resting after a long day of exploring around the city. Nothing

This was my first visit to Rome and I felt welcomed by Veronica and her family who run this lovely hotel. They were very accommodating at check-in and answered my questions about public transportation and getting around the city. The location was ideal since it was just a 10-minute walk to the Policlinico Metro Line B and several buses (63, 64, 19) were just a block away. I liked that this was not a touristy area, yet there were 2 gelaterias and a market within a 5 minute walk, and nearby Borghese Gardens was a sweet little park for unwinding after a long day of adventures. I also enjoyed the morning breakfast buffet outside in the jasmine-covered courtyard. Lots of fresh fruit and juice which got my day off to a good start! Even though the hotel is located on a quiet street, it borders a busy main road, and my room was street-side so there was a lot of vehicle noise at all hours. Definitely choose "garden view" next time!

Accommodating and friendly staff. Located in quiet comfortable part of Rome. Thin walls. Not super private.

This place is very convenient to the bus stops.Easy access to the city and all the vista points.Host and her dad were extremely sweet and patiently answered all the queries we had.They were sweet enough to accomodate any type of special request.Breakfast was great with many options of breads , desserts and juices.Our flight messed up with the baby stroller that it was shipped couple of days later to the hotel.Host dad ensured he picked it while delivery happened as the host and her dad stayed a bit far from their hotel.Overall , most accessible and very convenient place and our family of 4 thoroughly enjoyed it.

Veronica was very friendly and helpful. She was at breakfast every morning to help with the Espresso. Her father and brother were nice as well. We liked the location and also the "old school" keys ( real skeleton keys- 1 to open the massive front door, one for the room and one for the hall)- We felt very safe and walked home pretty late several nights. We had a little miscommunication on the cleaning but it was partly on us due to our schedules. The balcony was nice but could use a little TLC with some flowers and chairs outside so you could fully enjoy.

The location Was not comfortable Needs renovation.

Spacious, nice views over the garden, good restaurants in local area, near Metro station. Staff very helpful. Nothing really. There are some cooking facilities and a sink and fridge in the room, but nothing to cook or eat with. It would have been nice to have had some glasses for water.

When you are at Rome think like Roma'ns,act like Roma'ns this city the most storical place in the world but i am a bite feel uncomfortable about how one business man act infront of hia clients with wrong accents....i like the location near to every transportation

The location was excellent and Veronica and her brother were an amazingly awesome hosts. Nothing.

The hosts were very friendly and helpful. The room was quite nice and comfortable. Breakfast was good. A bit far from city center if you're traveling with elder people who can't walk much.

Very friendly host, David and Veronica gave us advice about sightseeing in Rome, about transportation, their father helped us to store our luggage, etc. Thanks for a nice stay! Everything was OK.

Staff is really great! Veronica, David and their dad were incredibly nice, warm and welcoming, really made us feel like home. They even made our room ready before check in hours, a bliss for someone who had just landed from overseas. The place is close to several bus stops that take you everywhere in town, and it’s a 30min walk to both Colosseum and Historical Center. They offer a breakfast which includes bread, assorted loafs, yogurt, fruit, coffee… it’s not heavy, but it’s wonderful to have the day started! Rome is very expensive, so I strongly recommend this place as a great value for money deal! Nothing ?
