Superb

Breakfast We were moved to a similar hotel due to this hotel's closure....the new one wasn't what we had booked and expected.

We spent two days. Very centric and confortable. Very old hotel though. The breakfast was ok.

Camera mare, curata, spatioasa. F multe produse de igiena. Aer conditionat care a functionat pt zilele toride. Breakfast bun si variat. Personalul foarte dragut si serviabil. Zona linistita, te poti odihni, nu e in plin trafic. F aproape de gara mijloace de transport f aproape un pic distanta prea mare pana la obiective, pt cei care nu sunt obisnuiti sa mearga pe jos.

I liked the room as I felt it was a good size for what we paid for as well as the appliances that were included within the room, the staff were also very helpful and polite which made checking in and checking out a pleasant experience. I felt that the room would have been almost perfect however it did not include a mini-fridge, and due to the intense heat during my visit drinks did not stay cool throughout the day. I also felt the breakfast was underwhelming and barely sufficient as it was too small with limited selection.

Clean and nice and value for money Everything

Everything was fine the reception was super kind and supportive. The hotel and location was very good. The room and cleanness was very pleasant and comfortable. Totally valued the money. The only thing that was lower than my expectations was the breakfast.

The staff was very friendly and available. It seems they enjoy working there, from the reception to breakfast room to cleaning persons. The room is great and the breakfast is very generous. The atmosphere is quiet- I was able to have maximum concentration to work intensely and had quality sleep thanks to the tranquility and comfortable bed. For security purposes, I would really like to have a peephole on the hotel room door to see who is knocking. Also, I would pay a premium if there was a refrigerator in the room, especially given the current heatwave. Finally, the internet did not always work perfectly.

Breakfast was good, location as well. Staff was friendly. The bathroom looked quite old, clean but old.

the staff is really cooperative specially Omar and Christine , we complete our booking due to there supper behavior , the location is good safe place -yet not in the city center - many supper markets around and Omar suggested some nearby local restaurants with discount from the hotel which was so nice and yet have the Italian experience ,stuff arranged our airport transfer so smoothly , the tram station is right side of the hotel and buss station is left side so close and you can access Trevi and termini on foot if you are walkable person , breakfast is so good and coffee is nice , terrace for breakfast is nice not luxury hotel after all but do the job for its price the hotel is so old need some serious renovation specially the carpet is smelly and so old , I was about to check out because of it but the staff is supper cute to keep my booking , the electricity access is so tight not fitting the iron and kettle the stuff offer us ,

The hotel was generally very, very dirty and dingy. It was very old and unsafe.

Excellent service and a great, fresh breakfast. The location is accessible to everything, and the room was cleaned perfectly every day. Highly recommended!
