Always very gentle staff, great home looking hotel to come back to our former city home. Love the location, always good place, this is our home in Rome, thank you for welcoming us. I just love this place. No more comments, I am a fan. Keep being this little lovely hotel for usual travelers, looking to come back to a real city.

The receptionist was absolutely wonderful! She was incredibly kind, polite, and welcoming during check-in, and went out of her way to make everything easy and comfortable. It was especially nice to receive such warm and friendly help from someone who made me feel right at home. Excellent service and a great first impression of the hotel. I could not find how to turn off the A/C. I think it was on all the time

The breakfast was of extremely poor quality; you can't even call it breakfast. It was awful; there was nothing there, except for bread that was several days old and a cake that had been there for at least a week. That cake stayed in the same spot 24 hours a day; nobody puts it away, nobody changes it. It's terrible; I wouldn't recommend it to my worst enemy.

Location was very good, staff were friendly Breakfast was a bit lacking, the AC or cooler was not very good and it was very hot in the room and it also got noisy at night with other guests.

My stay was only one night. The hotel has nice classic aesthetics and is located in a great zone of Rome. The staff were really friendly during checkin and checkout. The room was nice and comfy for a short stay, equipped with air conditioning. The private bathroom was good. I would say the comfort of the bed was not the best, although it wasn't bad. For a short stay it would work.
