The hotel was very clean, the access to tourist attractions was excellent, and the room size was very comfortable. The air conditioning also worked very well.

The neighborhood is nice It is a very small and old room, and it has nothing to do with the photos on the internet. The toilet seat lid was broken and kept coming off all the time. In addition, the bathroom was VERY small; we could barely move while taking a shower. Although it was clean, insects came out from a hole in the bathroom wall, and the TV does not connect to the internet. In the morning, the workers made a lot of noise. They spoke very loudly and were renovating some apartment, so early in the morning there was the sound of drilling and other construction tools. I do not recommend it; for us it was not worth it.

The room was spacious and modern with plenty of space for two people. Nothing felt cramped. Check-in was surprisingly smooth despite arriving after reception hours, which I was initially nervous about. The location is decent, and there’s a great restaurant next door called Tribeca that I’d recommend. Overall, it was a great experience with good value for money. I’d recommend this hotel.​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​ One thing that was a bit off was the communication approach. The hotel first messaged me on Booking.com with a check-in link, but I ignored the link because I’ve received scam messages there before. They then switched to WhatsApp, which felt more legit, but I still triple-checked the check-in link. Some of the WhatsApp messages seemed automated and didn’t really respond to my questions, so the whole communication could’ve been more streamlined. But it didn’t affect the actual stay.

Staff is friendly. Room inside is clean. Elevator is very nostalgic, we liked it. Neigbourhood is very good. Location is not fabolous. 15 min to metro station. During our stay, there was a inside painting and it started at 9am. Check-out time is very early, 10.30 am.

Good and calm location away from the noises, kind staff. The room was clean and the hotel smelled clean and fresh. The elevator got broken for one night, but it got fixed the day after. Some of the staff couldn’t speak a word of English and it was hard to communicate but still they were helpful and kind.

It’s tidy, clean and beautiful, and the floor height really have that classic Italian Vibe. Public transportation is convenient and close to bus stations. The room is not well soundproofed. Sometimes you can hear people talking in the morning. But that’s quite common for old buildings. So not really a big deal.

The location. The shower was broken upon our arrival, we were unable to get ready for the evening. The temperature in the room was unbearable to sleep in because we were unable to open the window due to it being broken. If the window were to be opened it was not properly attached at the hinge and could have seriously injured one of us.

I traveled with a friend, and since we were arriving after midnight, we were looking for a hotel that could accommodate a late check-in. Due to a misunderstanding, we were informed shortly before departure that our booked room would only be available after 2:00 PM. However, the staff kindly arranged another room for us so we could check in upon arrival, for a small additional fee equivalent to an extra night. We appreciated their effort to find a solution. The room was clean, with the bed properly made. The cleaning service was good, and we were welcomed with bottles of water, tea bags, and some cookies. There also appeared to be a breakfast option, based on a separate dining room, though we did not try it. 25-30min walk away from Termini station, and around 35-40mins away from Colosseum by walk. It was damn comfortable since we love to walk. Shower cabin was small and a bit uncomfortable to take a shower. Double bed seemed to be large bed for 1 person. However, it was suitable for a short stay with a friend.

Located in a peaceful area with stores and restaurants nearby. Near all of the transportation hubs and not very busy . I could hear the other room beside ours but not too bad. Over all it was a quiet stay and very pleasant

The staff was exceptionally nice and the hotel was quaint Be careful on the marble stairs when you first arrive, they can be slippery. Also the shower is very tiny
