The owners were so sweet and everything was very smooth! Great room, facilities, and the location was in a quiet safe neighborhood with cute restaurants nearby The location was almost an hour walk away from the center, but that's okay we like walking :)

This place was in a great location, a safe neighborhood close to public transportation. There were a few restaurants in walking distance of the place - we highly recommend Bliss around the corner. The space was clean, had a wonderful balcony and we enjoyed our time here. The wifi worked great, the kitchen had water available and the bathroom was cleaned every day. We struggled with the noise from the room beside us and the bathroom was across the hall however we understand that changing the physical structures of buildings is a much harder fix. Overall it was a lovely place to stay - a great place to sleep after exploring the city!

It was very hard to open the door of the apartment, and when we arrived there was no shampoo in the toilet

The staff were very friendly, helpful, and made us feel welcome. Our room was plenty spacious for a budget room. The virtual key was simple and convenient. Good location within walking distance to all major attractions. Great value overall.

I was happy to check out from the place alive. Horrible smell, I mean really sickening bad, in whole area, all clothes still stink after 4 days - 4th floor and elevator broken - Water tap in kitchen was out of order - Dirty area trash all over

Clean room with everything we needed, balcony was a bonus.

*Friendly staff *Thorough instructions for check in *Great location, close to the metro. Easy to come from the airport. *Pleasant neighborhood with great restaurants and well connected transportation. *It's an apartment share and each room inside is rented to someone, it doesn't feel comfortable or private. *The balcony is connected to the balcony of the room next to you. *If everyone used their TV, you would hear it. *You will possibly hear people coming in and out of the apartment. *Very cheap renovation and furnishings. *No mini fridge in the room so you have to use the community space to store your own leftover food or water. *Heat function barely worked on AC unit. *No hand soap in the bathroom so I used the shampoo from the shower. *I would have preferred to have the option to request no one to enter my room to fold towels and make the bed and have privacy instead. *They ask you to leave the city tax as cash on the bedside table and they come inside your room and take it your first day. Thankfully, they let me pay it last day instead of entering and taking it while I'm out. *Too many people in and out: other guests, laundry people, cleaners, etc. It just doesn't feel restful or private enough. It's an apartment so it doesn't quite work like a hotel with separation, soundproofing or privacy. It's just not the right kind of space to be a B&B unfortunately. It should be re-converted to an apartment (which is what it is) and rented out as one space to groups/families.

I had a fantastic stay at this charming RomanticDreams B&B in Rome! The room was spotless - Room 4, beautifully decorated, and very comfortable. Even though it’s just a B&B room has been cleaned and tidy up daily, even we have asked for an extra blanket which was immediately dealt with it, and the communication with the owner-Gianni was very good. The location was perfect—within walking distance of major sights like the Colosseum (25 minutes of walking distance, or take the bus which was close enough the bus station and get there in a few minutes) and Basilica San Giovanni Di Laterano ( which was at 9 minutes walking distance) , yet tucked away in a quiet, charming neighbourhood. Bus station close to the B&B like 1-2minutes distance, depends where about you would prefer to go, as well as Metro station like 5 minutes away. Supermarkets they were close as well, in case if you would like to buy something, as well as a nice and cozy bistro with pastry/cakes and coffee. RomanticDreams offers breakfast as well which looked delicious ( we have chosen to have b-fast in town, but we have noticed what was in the kitchen), with fresh pastries, coffee, and a variety of options to start the day right. Overall, an amazing experience! I highly recommend this B&B to anyone visiting Rome and looking for a cozy, well-located, and friendly place to stay. I will definitely return! We have loved our stay with this B&B Romantic Dreams, there is nothing that I did not liked, but I will have a suggestion - maybe a shower gel available at the bathroom, apart from this everything was alright with our stay. We have already recommend this B&B and we will do it in future as well as I hope to return to them.

Location, Cleanliness, Spacious Rooms, Good Kitchen No in person direct contact staff. Every communication was through whatsapp. The entry and absence of people in the apartment could be scary in the begining. Temporary water problem in kitchen, Less Cutlery.

Everything is good, very clean and comfortable.

We liked the atmosphere. And we think the value for the is quite good. Airconditioning was nice. Daily cleaning and making the beds was very good. Our bathroom was across the hal. Yoama was very helpful The area is quiet and not that close to touristic places. Personally, I would prefer to be closer. other than this, everything else was perfect

It was a very good room for the price you pay. The toilet. Quite noisy but besides that everything else was good.
