Location if great, right next to a bus stop straight to the best parts of Rome and in a part of the city with great restaurants nearby. The room had a fully functional AC unit but you have to pay 10 euro a night for the privilege of turning it on. If there was no AC that would be fine, but up-selling it is gross. The accomodations were old but fine enough, though decidedly less good than expected for the cost. This aligned more with a 60-70 euro a night stay.

Did not tell us that the city tax could only be paid in cash after getting there. They were really nice and we were able to give that later but something to know.

Older furnishings, a bit outdated.

There was odd smell from sewage at night, the furniture is very old and the whole place needs renovation. Shower is so small that it's almost impossible to take a shower. Sheets are also old and have a strange smell.

Great location, you get what you pay for—the sheets were quite itchy the first night, but completely fine after that. Everything else was good.

The location of the property was excellent. We could reach the metro station within a 5-minute walk. The bed was comfortable, and our room was spacious. We didn’t experience any noise or disturbance at night. Having two toilets made our stay even more comfortable. Also, the host took great care of us. We could easily reach out by messaging whenever we needed anything. We got information about Rome from the host as well. Thank you! When we entered the room, there was a slight smell of dampness, which was a bit uncomfortable for us. Also, the furniture was a bit old. Although we were told that the tap water was clean, it came out very white. In my opinion, it shouldn’t be consumed. The room had been cleaned, but a bit more attention to detail would have been better.

It was great to have access to the kitchen, shared rooms and the gardens, all of which very well equipped. The room was spacious and the window blinds really made it dark enough for a comfortable night. They also serve great coffee at the bar by the reception. No additional pillows nor blankets were provided. In the night it got a little cooler for those thin blankets. Also I personally found the pillows and beds very uncomfortable. The bathtub and sink got flooded every time they were used. Water never really overflowed but it isn't pleasant to have your feet soaking in the already dirty water you showered in. Last but not least, be prepared for noisy nights as there are many students and the walls are thin.

The host Yuliana is amazing, really nice lady. The location is perfect, right in front of the house has a bus stop that takes you to the Colosseum, Termini station, Trevi fountain. 10 mins away is a metro station St Giovani which takes you to the Vatican City.

The room was in a great location and the lady there was kind and helpful.

The location is excellent. Friendly staff. A woman was waiting for us at 3:30 a.m. on the street to open the room. She was kind, even though her working hours are until 3 o'clock. She explained everything to us about the bus, the location. We were supposed to check out at 10:30 in the morning, they allowed us to leave things in the room until 7:00 in the evening. The room is clean, the toilet is tidy, there are dishes, a microwave, a refrigerator in the room, a hairdryer, an iron. It has everything you need. Greetings from Jolmar group - rent a car from Montenegro The only thing that should be changed is the bed in room number 3.
