Breakfast was okay, meets with what we could see on the pictures. When it comes to the room, I have seen cleaner ones, but I an not highlight anything in general.

It’s good and pretty clean. The location is not bad and easy access to buses. To subway it’s 7 min walk. The host is pretty responsive and helpful.

The room was very clean, lots of towels and other utilities to make tea and coffee. The location is perfect right between two metro stops and numerous bus stops. The breakfast is mostly sweet but with different choices and they also have dairy free options (both for cookies and milk).

Wonderful street view from our 6th floor balcony. Tasty breakfast in breakfast room. Easy to check in. Host responded promptly to requests. Room was cozy so ok for 2 nights. Although 4 rooms in B&B we didn't hear any other guests. Kettle in room. Bathroom light was quite dim and not much space for hanging up towels. No toilet roll holder.

Great location, near Metro and restaurants. It is on the sixth floor but there was a lift to get you there. Breakfast room was unattended but well stocked. Room was very clean and bed comfortable. Generally quiet; you could only slightly hear the neighbors talking in the next room. Keyless entry to the building and key card for the room. For me it was a last minute reservation and the host was immediately accommodating. Would definitely return. Pillows were pretty firm and flat otherwise there really were no complaints.

The truth is that the room is much better than it appears in the photos, and the same goes for the facilities. The breakfast was incredibly complete, the room was very cozy, the cleanliness was excellent, and the cleaning lady was also very nice. There was a terrace with a table and chairs for dining. It’s very well located. Honestly, if I had to come back, I would definitely choose this place again. It's on the sixth floor with an elevator. The air conditioning works perfectly, and there is also air conditioning in the common areas. Honestly, everything was perfect. I have no complaints.

I really liked everything: the room, the bed, the location, the building, the check-in process. It's not in the exact city centre, but very close to the metro station and easy to commute. Many thanks to the owners of this b&b! Literally everything was great
