Cuma Suites

Location is great. Away from the crazy but a short walk. Lots of great restaurants in the area and felt very safe. Hot water did not work on second day but was being fixed. Out of their control.

Location was great, it was clean and very nice. The balcony and atmosphere was beautiful. They served the best croissants I have ever had for breakfast! Lots of great restaurants in the area as well! The bed was a little hard for me but I was so tired I barely noticed and slept quite well.

The property is located in a good location. It made our stay feel more relaxed and authentic. The room itself was really clean and spacious. The entrance to the building could be a little more welcoming.

Would have liked a terrace to sit out on. Could use a dresser for clothes.

Quiet non-touristy neighborhood with great restaurants. Convenient to access all points of the city with green and red metro stations just a short walk away. Comfortable room with a balcony. They delivered a wonderful breakfast to your room every morning.

Great location, short walk to the metro, only 25 min walk into centre of Rome. The rooms were cleaned daily. Breakfast was perfect. We had a wonderful stay.

I had a wonderful stay at Cuma Suites. The communication from the time I made my booking until I checked out was excellent — everything was smooth and well-organised. The location was perfect, close to everything I needed. The contact person and the team at the suite were pleasant and made sure everything went smoothly. My room was always tidied up whenever I went out, and the breakfast was lovely with a nice selection to choose from. Overall, it was a really good experience, and I’d definitely stay here again!

There was a menu for breakfast so that we could pre-order and schedule the night before. The croissants were some of the best I have ever had! Nothing.

We spent a wonderful week at Cuma Suites in early July. Even though we checked in late at night, the self check-in instructions were very clear and easy to follow, they were sent right after booking, which made everything stress-free. We did the official check-in the next morning and it was quick and smooth. Our room (with a balcony) was bright, clean, and just the right size. The bed was very comfortable, and in early July, the terrace had shade until about 9:30 AM, which made it a perfect spot for breakfast. The room came with additional stuff like toiletries, extra glasses and mugs, slippers, a coffee machine with plenty of capsules, and a minibar stocked with soft drinks and water (which was replenished daily). The AC worked great, which was a big plus in the July summer heat. Breakfast was one of our favorite parts. Each evening we could select what we wanted and when we wanted it delivered. Everything we tried was fresh and delicious - all types of cornetti and fruit yogurts, fruit salad, café latte, and freshly squeezed orange juice. The staff were friendly, helpful, and always quick to respond to our questions. The room was spotless, with fresh towels provided during each cleaning. The location is also great—just a 5-minute walk to the metro, with a shady street that makes the walk pleasant even in the heat. There's also a bus line nearby that goes straight to the Colosseum and Piazza Venezia. The area felt lively by day and quiet at night, with shops, restaurants, a supermarket, fruit store, pharmacy, and ATMs just a street away. We’d happily recommend Cuma Suites to couples and solo travelers. We’re already planning our next trip to Rome, and would gladly stay here again!

The room was alway very nice and clean. The breakfast was wonderful and it was nice to get away from the crowds but still have an easy time using the Metro, buses and trams to get around easily. There is also a taxi stand nearby. There were plenty of great restaurants within minutes of walking. Maricar & Karla were very helpful and friendly. We would definitely come back again and recommend Cuma Suites. We would rate it an 11. We liked everything and there wasn't anything we did not like. It was all great. Wish we could have stayed longer.

The key to the door was a little wonky but it worked, just took a lot of turning.

The property was lovely as were the staff. It was exactly as pictured and incredibly clean. The property is located less than 5 minutes from the Metros A line allowing easy access to the city centre. The breakfast included was great and the complementary drinks in the fridge were a nice touch. I would recommend to anyone looking for a place to stay in Rome!
