St. John Villa

Could not have been better. The St. John Villa met our expectations. Clean, welcoming, quiet and in a beautiful neighborhood.

Great location , friendly staff and cozy. The room was a bit small for 4 people and the building is older but cute. Wifi was the worst part, bad signal and slow.

Great little private hotel in a quiet leafy garden, yet just a few minutes walk from the Metro and walkable to the Colosseum and other sites. The host is lovely and very attentive, he gave us great instructions regarding getting to the property and was helpful in every possible way. Good breakfast is served and the rooms are very comfortable with an old-school touch.

I definitely recommend this apartment. View from the balcony was amazing, location as well. Not far from the apartment located Basilica di San Giovanni in Laterano, which the host recommended to visit. The room was clean, the breakfast was tasty and the host was friendly and helpful. No Parking yet boasts parking. Bad Breakfast and BE ADVISED There Is A "Tourist Fee" Of 12 € Upon Arrival. Not arecommended stay when there are so many other options!

Everything what we needed was there. A villa instsrted in the beautiful location in very calm neighborhood in a walking distance to San Giovanni metro station and only 25 min walking from Colosseum. Our stay was perfect, magical memories were made.

Superb

Loved the quiet and wholesome nature to the area. As well as the owners, they were helpful and he breakfast was very convenient. Also, the view from the balcony was really cool for someone not used to Rome! Stairs were hard to get up with luggage, but that's no fault of the owners!

My stay in Rome will remain one of my fondest memories. Rome is wonderful. The accommodation was in an excellent location, very close to the Colosseum, the Re di Roma metro station, as well as restaurants and shops. The staff at the accommodation were friendly and made an effort to quickly resolve any issues (such as heating or water leaks). Breakfast was decent and sufficient. The accommodation was clean, and the housekeeping staff cleaned all the apartments daily. The furniture and equipment in the apartment are outdated. The apartment has been in need of renovation for a long time. The power sockets are old and incompatible with modern devices, the central heating is noisy, and the peephole is located in the wall next to the bed, where the sound of running water can be heard.

Great location and staff was kind

!The staff were really nice and the room was very clean. The location was 10 minutes from a metro station and 6 minutes from a bus station. The area of the hotel is very quiet so it's nice to have quiet at night. The breakfast was basic. Mostly croissants, bread with butter/jam but it was OK. Better to eat in the many Cafes outside in the city. There was no conditioner, and the Shampoo and body lotion were in a very small package, we needed to stop and by some.

Quite place and metro walkable We are missing $600 cash and other items which we discovered missing after we left the place. 4th floor room and no elevator, only stairs which was not mentioned, so we struggled taking our luggage up and down. Kitchen too small and not convenient. Bathroom inconvenient with no soap holder.

A lovely place to stay with an execellent host. He responded quickly on any request. Very clean and a quiet place in our favorit area San Giovanni. We will be back!

Stay was excellent and it was right in the center . We have main tourist attraction 20 mins in walking distance . Host was helpful in providing all information and was available all the time to provide quick support in case if required Air conditioning worked but it took time for cooling with this temparature
