Modern, new, clean

The location was amazing. Tucked in a neighborhood with amazing restaurants and families, away from the huddle and bustle of tourist areas. Difficult to find initially.

Everything about this hotel is excellent; location easy walking distance to many must see sites, grocery store & restaurants around the corner, quiet street, safe area with gated access, breakfast with unlimited choice of a variety of options, including healthy choices, clean updated rooms, & staff is the best.

The property was well located, walking distance to the metro and in a quiet neighborhood. The property was very clean and quiet. Staff was efficient and courteous. Rooms were cleaned daily and the breakfast provided was very good. Don’t have any complaints and will definitely book this hotel again. Nothing to complain.

Immaculately clean , very peaceful place With a private courtyard in a great Residential neighborhood in walking distance to the coliseum and the circus maximus, A neighborhood full of great restaurants frequented only by italians very few tourists in the area. There is a luxury breakfast in this convent , which is interesting for a convent. Wifi connection is excellent. All the amenities in the room. I could easily return. Also , they were very helpful calling a taxi for me early in the morning! Thanks! Ci vediamo la prossima volta! No problems whatsoever

The property is situated in a quiet street (Via Iberia). 10-minute walk from the Metro station (San Giovanni). Surrounded by good restaurants. The room was good. Bed was comfortable and everything needed is there. I didn’t like that they didn’t have any water dispensers for the guests. There’s a vending machine for bottled waters downstairs but I mean, would have been great if water was free.

This was the perfect hotel and room for what I needed as a solo traveler staying one night before flying home. The location is good, on a quiet street with lovely flowers blooming in the spring. Worth noting it's a bit of a walk to the major tourist locations, but that was totally fine for me. Room was basic, clean, and comfortable. Staff were lovely and allowed me to grab a little bit of breakfast a few minutes early so I could hop in my Uber to the airport. Would absolutely recommend for the price. Couldn't get the room temperature adjusted but ended up not being a problem.

Hotel outside of city center but just a short distance. Perfect for a solo traveler! Really enjoyed my stay, the breakfast was also great.

Chairs in rooms very noisy.Hotel could add robber on bottom chair legs to make them quieter.We herd chairs rub on floors above floor.

Casa San Guiseppe, what a pleasant surprise! Run by Franciscan Sisters, the hotel sits on the outskirts of Rome. A 35-minute walk from the train station. The room was a nice size, the bed super comfy and loved that I could open the windows to get a cross breeze as I had a corner room. The breakfast was very nice, eggs, bacon, yogurt, pastries, and most import a hybrid coffee machine, water, chocolate, and cappuccino! A bit of a hike from the train station if you don't want to pay for a cab.

Very close to the bus and the metro. Clean, quiet and good breakfast.
