The staff waited for us extra long, directing us to the place. They left refreshments for us in the fridge along with some snacks. It looks much less elegant and spacious in reality than in the pics so arriving there was quite disappointing. There's an old disgusting elevator which sometimes doesn't even work. They only change the sheets every couple of days and the shower leaks onto the floor. The view is unnecessarily blocked with some installation of planks and ivy. The breakfast was all cheap carbs with no warm food like eggs. It's next to a loud street, although thankfully you can close the windows and turn on the air con.

Close to Rome. Lots if restos and stores Was a little hated to find the place but hosts were very responsive and helpful.

Place was okay but extremely noisy

On our last night at 2am, the guest couple came in at 2am and woke us up talking nonstop at the lobby. I expected the host or receptionist to tell them that other people are sleeping but they haven't and they carried on being loud all night at the lobby and in their room. Also I wish we had more breakfast options rather than just pastries, yogurts and ham ?.

Super clean (house cleaning/fresh towels everyday), relatively close to a metro station, and the staff was incredibly accommodating all while being budget friendly. I would absolutely stay here again. The ONLY issue I had was check in and it was partially due to my own failure to communicate prior to arrival. This location is not a hotel site but a bed and breakfast within an apartment type complex so we were slightly lost.

I stayed here with my girlfriend, and we both felt very comfortable and well taken care of. The owner, an elderly gentleman, was incredibly kind, welcoming, and always ready to help with anything we needed. His attitude really made a difference and added a personal touch to our stay. Overall, it was a great experience and I would happily come back again. Breakfast was the only small downside. You had to arrive early or move quickly to make sure you got enough food, as the options could run out fast.

Beautiful apartment. Cozy, clean, and modern. Perfect for couples, as the owners have made it special and romantic. Highly recommended. Excellent location for visiting Rome. The metro and high-speed train station are within a 10-minute walk. There are many great restaurants nearby. Only downside: the owners should invest in expensive, soundproof doors. Although the doors are present, it appears they were never properly installed. If you want to sleep in the following morning after a long day of walking in Rome, be prepared to wake up at 6:30 AM. There is no privacy at all.

Great location for the train station, everything was as described. A little deceiving as it’s actually an apartment in a block where many locals reside, which isn’t a problem but that’s not advertised, the resident above us had a dog and it was quite noisy for about half an hour both nights, but all in all it was decent to sleep in while we were sight seeing in Rome for 2 days. The breakfast wasn’t up too much either but that wasn’t a problem for us as we had a tea/coffee and just headed out for the day anyway

Cleanliness along with the staff There was scratching sound on most nights. Also neighbours were very noisy early hours like moving furniture or doing DIY

Proximity to the Tiburtina station and other shops Other guest fighting and yelling for about an hour trying to charge hidden fee for after hour check in and forcing you to get a taxi Hot tub did not work properly and when flagged the management did not really come to fix it

Very clean and modern apartments with great air conditioning and service. Very close to the Metro stations Old lifts and a little difficult to find

I loved the jacuzzi and the room itself having aircon, I was most excited to come back to the room everyday if my holiday The food options for breakfast, people want a filling option not just sweet treats and cakes, so I ended up buying my own breakfast and keeping it in the room, which was disappointed as I hoped the breakfast would save me a meal I had to buy
