Cleanliness The rooms are so close and the sound proofing was not strong

The room was in good and clean condition. There was complimentary items such as coffee, tea and croissants. The best part was the staff, Giuseppe and Aurora were very nice and helpful .

Had a really great stay in Rome, everything was smooth and easy, and the host was genuinely amazing. All the best!

Stuff is great, Aurora and Giuseppe are very kind! The cleaning is thorough. Breakfast is just a croissant and coffee, which gets boring after many days. Overall, excellent!

Location is a little out of the way but still a great neighborhood.

Excellent property. Friendly helpful owner and staff. Giuseppe and Aurora were so helpful. They provide free bottled water, an assortment of quality fruit juices, coffees and teas, wafers and chocolate biscuits. So much beyond what you would expect. Free breakfast vouchers at a little Bistro across the street. Arranged reliable reasonable transportation to the airport for us at closing. Fabulous place to stay. NOTHING needed to be better. Honestly we will return there and recommend it to anyone.

Water in the toilet: temperature not constant, pressure very low, having a shower becomes difficult

Nothing ?

Wonderful place, like a comfy home away from home. The coffee and tea maker and complimentary snacks were extremely helpful in keeping everyone in our family happy. Kind and helpful reception upon arrival. ----

I was received by a wonderful man, Giuseppe who guided me around the place and followed up with me from the first day of my booking. Although I wish I could have stayed in Rome for longer, I would definitely consider Dreamsrome Suites again.

My family and I had such a pleasant stay here. The room was so clean and pleasant to stay in. Giuseppe, the owner, was so accommodating and such a helpful person. We highly recommend staying here. We also had a delicious breakfast free in a local cafe nearby in with the price. My family and I will be back again soon.

The property was immaculate, & the decor was very modern & tasteful. The owner Giuseppe went over and beyond to accommodate your every need. We were offered free breakfast at a local bar, which was delicious. Would definitely recommend. Nothing

Originally I only booked the room for one night. However, after spending the day at the Coliseum and elsewhere around Roma, I realized a needed more time. The proprietor was very accommodating even though the room I was in, was not available, he gave me a two bedroom apartment nearby for the same price. The neighborhood did not offer any good restaurants and was nothing special to walk around. Although it was just a 15 minute walk to the subway and train station.

The host Giuseppe is extremely hospitable and polite. Rooms are spacious, all essentials were available. Location was good too, close to supermarket, Cafes and Restaurants. Nothing at all.

Very good

The host was lovely, very helpful with check-in and logistics of the stay. We were allowed to leave our bags in the apartment after check-out to go see some more Rome before flight. There were snacks and water available in the kitchen for everyone to take. We also received a voucher for breakfast in the cafeteria next to the apartments. I don't think it is necessary to clean a room everyday.

Superb

The staff was really nice, available and helpful. The accommodation was clean and modern. The extra subsidies are very appreciated (water, juice and snacks into the fridge; coffee and tea in self-service). Only one point: the breakfast provided by the coffee shop in front of the hotel is quite small (one drink and one sweet snack, no salty option) and the owner / barman is not very nice. Maybe was just that day he had a bad moment...

Room was Clean, with Breakfast, Water, Juice, Croissants and Cakes. Nice Clean Bathroom. Person at front desk to help with question and great restaurant close by. Keys to all doors, 10 Minutes walk from Train Station Great Price

Hard to say something good about this property, a total deception, it was a room, with a bath, within an apartment in a neighbourhood outside touristic Rome. As someone else said, when we just arrived we though it was a scam. It was an old room, poorly dressed, with a bathroom, within an apartment in a neighbourhood outside touristic Rome. Although there are restorants and minimarkets, the neighbourhood is not a place when you think of when planning a vacation, very dirty and disorganised. The room is within an apartment, in the entrance of the apartment there is a person, who is steps away from the rooms so there is no privacy. Rooms are not nice at all, The elevator is old and tiny. The breakfast is a coffee and a donut in a cafeteria outside the building. There is really nothing good to say about it, and the price was very expensive (130-150 euros) for what it is.
