Everything was great, the place is nearby train and bus station from where you can go anywhere in the city or to the Fiumicino airport. The host is a very nice person and easy to get on with + you get free coffee and breakfast in the cafe on the corner ?

Great location, everything is within walking distance including metro lines that connect you to all the main attractions in Rome. The floors in our room were dirty and dusty, like they haven’t been mopped in months. After 5 minutes of walking barefoot we had BLACK feet, same goes for our socks. Bring some slippers if you want to stay here. The host isn’t really happy to speak English.

Had a balcony and Jacuzzi. Located near a big transport hub. Easy to get to the airport. Not much to say it’s not quite hotel level but not bad at the same time and had some advantages.

Location was great as it was very close to nice bakeries and a main train station for accessing the centre of Rome. It didn't feel very comfortable. Only one pillow per person, and the sheets were very thin so didn't keep you very warm. The walls and windows are very thin so you hear all the noise coming from outside and from the neighbours rooms (not ideal for a B&B that is designed for romance). Our towels didn't get replaced for the full 4 days we were there. There was no breakfast available.

The hot tub was great. You have to let the water run for a while but the temperature was hot. The location was ideal for getting on the Metro into the centre and tourist locations. There wasn't much we didn't like. The only thing we can suggest is some more pillows maybe as we found the ones in the room too soft, but not a big issue.

The host was pleasant. He gave us a tour of the place and was willing to take a look at my initial concerns. Kiss and Room was close to stores, restaurants, cafes, and bars. The shower head was broken in the tub so we had to take a sink bath. The a/c wasn't the greatest, but opening the windows helped.

it was clean and the hot tub was cool the guy who met us there was very rude kept shouting at us and slamming stuff because he couldn’t understand English by the way that’s not the owner it’s his friend the owner was away on holiday and there was a leak on balcony very time I put air con on the sink plug hole didint come up you had to pull it out with a knife to release the water out the sink

Close metro station which is 10 minutes away from Colesseo and other attractions. Few shops around for food and drinks Coffee provided which was nice, milk would be good as extra maybe ? A lot of people drink tea or coffee with Milk.0
