The bus stop, shops about 5 minutes walk. The metro station and train station about 15 minutes walk or 5 minutes by bus. If you want to feel not touristic Rome, this area will be perfect for accommodation. Really Italian vibe ? Everything was perfect

Its was really good everything overall, and I had a pleasant stay.

The hosts were super friendly and generous. The process of getting to the property and accessing the room was very smooth. It was great to be close to the train station.

Very well-placed apartment, clean and comfortable. The hosts were very communicative by WhatsApp (we never met), so it was very practical. (We left our luggage a bit extra before and after our stay). Easy access for train and metro. Breakfast is minimal (but enough for some people, I imagine). The coffee is fine, easy to prep. Minimal breakfast, but that's fine - you don't come here for that.

A great place for a great price.

Spacious and tidy room. Kitchen is big and providing us coffee,juice,bread and cereals is a plus..Host was very responsive and friendly. She guided and give tips where the main tourist spot to visit. Will recommend and will probably stay here again when visiting Rome. shower bit small and hard to move.

The equipment is a bit oldish, the room needs to be renovated

The location of the apartment is near the train and the metro station. The host is very nice and helpful. We really enjoyed our stay. It would be better if the breakfast had more choices.

Dany was a perfect host, she responded quickly to all of our needs and the place was just what we needed. My wife forgot a sweater in the room, and Dany offered to send it with no charge back to our place. That is good hospitality, thank you Dany!

Shower was too small and showerhead was too low.

The room was inside of a shared flat, which was kept hidden in the Booking announcement!!!!. We got surprised (and to some extent disappointed) when we saw 3 rooms in the flat. Moreover, the photo of the room in the announcement is much more beautiful than the reality. It seems it was captured several years ago...

That I had somewhere to sleep. Location mainly, the other guests who were noisy and the antiquated key system, (but that is more due to the old building). There was a person making odd noises during the evening , and I couldn’t tell where it was coming from. The communal fridge wasn’t adhered to and I purchased some yogurt to augment the dry cereal, milk, juice and 1- pod-a-day coffee. It was on my shelf in the fridge. The other guests got up early, were noisy in the kitchen and ( my room was just off the kitchen, and Im glad it was a locking door)helped themselves to my 4-pack of yogurt. I asked them if they ate it, to which the man just laughed and the woman gave me a snotty look. No effort was made to replace them either. I’d say this place was a cross between a bnb and an airbnb, without use of the kitchen. The Ikea furnishings were a nice touch too….

Impeccable cleanliness. Unlimited juice, milk, coffee and cereals. White towels are also provided. 15-20minutes walk to Tiburtina Train Station. Several groceries & food shops at the main street corner of the apartment building. The location is at the top 7th floor of the apartment building. There is an awesome balcony with view from the 7th floor. Room is cleaned everyday with change of white towels every 2days. The couple owner Daniella & Lorenzo can easily be reached. They immediately reply to us via WhatsApp. Very good host! Small shower space which fits only regular size body.

I dont like try to find the bar for the keys without cellphone service and without google maps connection.

Everything was very clean and quiet. Easy check in too.
