Very comfortable. Close to the sights we wanted to see. The continental breakfast were fantastic. Fresh fruits daily. Many options to choose from. We liked the property. We had no complaints.

Clean and comfy! Close to many restaurants and places to visit

Great location if you are traveling light and mostly visiting the Vatican and that area. It is tricky to get in it is basically an AirBNB location within a residential area with multiple locks and layers to get in that might get tricky.

Exceptional host; nice size room to accommodate 3 guests. Very walkable location right across from the Vatican and near delicious restaurants. Gated location so you feel secure although a safe area. We had trouble finding the right building and meeting up with host. Probably this reviewers fault for not following directions accurately. Also difficult carrying heavy luggage up and down exterior stairs.

The hosts were very kind and gracious. And the location was great.

The owner was serious & professional whom took great pride in providing comfort and value to his guest. Everything was very well organized. They even supply a place to keep your luggage at no cost which is rare in Rome. The location was directly in front of the Vatican museum. Many nice places to dine close by. Shops were also very close as was transportation. The breakfast was a plus with around the clock coffee & tea. There was also a frig in the room. The room was a nice size and clean Overall good value & pleasant stay in the heart of the Vatican area.

Convenient to restaurants and attractions. Bathroom was very small, but everything worked well.

Simply all good 1 water bottle could have been given.

Location by the walls of vatican close by walk distance with parking lots nearby. Easy checking in and out. Free coffee is available. Bathroom was clean and well prepared. Room was a bit small but should be fine for short stay.

Bathroom Location - on very busy rd difficult for cabs to drop off/ pick up especially with luggage - apartment like dwelling - stairs from rd to bldg - communal area for coffee station - could hear other guests - loud drilling woke us up before 8am - comforter not clean- tv channels in Italian only - breakfast lots of bread/snacks

This place was amazing. Is 10 mins walking away from the entrance to Vatican city. 5 mins away to bus and metro station. It is close to markets, restaurants, and coffee shops. The room was perfect for the two of us, everything was clean and comfortable. Breakfast is okey, you'll find some toast, crackers, jelly, pastries in your room. Coffee and tea is always available. Staff was very helpful and friendly. We definitely recommend this place.
